The 15-16 warriors are disappointing. I get it. They technically have the best record in NBA history and they are an easy team to add but when I hear "classic team" a team from two seasons ago doesn't come to mind. Guess they're an instant classic. I like the Mavs though.



These final 6 teams will be interesting. A lot of fans favorites are still in play but I'm not going to get my hopes up. I just hope they are 6 teams that I will have an interest in using and not teams that I won't touch.

They don't 'technically' have the best record. They do have the best record. Lol. That being said, it's too soon to include them.

'16 Warriors are a classic team indeed. Only team in NBA history to blow a 3-1 lead in the finals. Will stand the test of the time forever.



P.S. I will avenge the Heat!!! Should have been a 3-peat!!!

A lot of people predicted this correctly . Cool though, can't wait to use Dirk.

I mean there's already a younger, more athletic version of Dirk in the game. Not mad at '11 Mavs but '16 Warriors nah man smh.

Look at it on the bright side. We now know 11 of the 16 teams and really 8 of the 11 were heavily requested. 2K overall has done well.

The term classic doesn't just mean "Old team from at least 10 years ago", the 2016 Warriors were a certified instant classic team the second they won their 73rd game. I felt this way when 2K added the 2013 Heat. They had to include at least one iteration of that Lebron-Wade-Bosh team.

I get that you'd rather have an older team in, but theres a good chance that they could've only added 14 teams then. Last time they decided to add more classic teams they only added 12. We're getting 16 this year, and we knew some would be very recent.

Personally I like that they added the 2016 team. Because now I can create a retro league with all the great teams, and include the 2012 Thunder and the 2016 Warriors instead of the 2018 Warriors, avoiding a duplicate Durant.

All they had to do was win one more game. They lost 3 in a row. That's not a fluke. Injuries, suspension, refs, whatever. They couldn't win one game. No one remembers that 2007 Patriots team for being undefeated. They are remembered for losing in the Super Bowl.

How about the 75 Warriors with Rick Barry? And actually I would prefer the 2016 Warriors too over the 2007 Warriors any day. I really hope the 2007 Warriors are not in but its looking like they may be from what people are saying and speculating.

Im assuming that since the 11 Mavs with Jason Kidd are in and the 08 Nuggets with Kenyon Martin are in, that the 02 or 03 Nets are going to be in as well.

They will probably announce the 93 Nets with the 03 Nets next.

4. 06-07 Golden State Warriors (WeBelieve Warriors)
5. 15-16 Cleveland Cavaliers (BelieveLand vs 73-9 Warriors)
6. 92-93 Phoenix Suns (who knows?) probably 2008-10 Los Angeles Lakers (Prime Mamba)

With all of these 00' teams, they HAVE to include a Duncan/Manu/Ginobili Spurs team and a Kobe/Pau team. Ill be shocked if they dont. Those teams dominated the era.

Oh yeah. With Kidd on the Mavs it's pretty much guaranteed we'll get him in his prime on the all time New Jersey Nets. Can't wait.

My predictions :

93 Nets
03 Nets
07 Warriors(blah)
14 Spurs(but hopefully its the 03 Spurs, with Duncan, Robinson, Parker, Ginobli)
13 Pacers
16 Cavs

In the very slim likelihood that Barkley is in and the 93 Suns are in instead of any of the teams I listed as my predictions, would 2k then bring back that 85 Sixers team? Technically that team won't be new.
