I think that I saw that the big downside is that the gameplay is only 30 fps, I guess they had to compromise somehwere

It looks good in handheld mode. Really stoked!

Damn, shouldn't have watched that video. Now I'm going to be spending $150 on one game lol.

The brightside is I can have two different MyPlayers now, an at-home model and a portable model

30 fps is a really big downside but at least all the features are there. I'm guessing it also has lower res textures, lighting, anti-aliasing, etc.

Looking really good! I did some Remote Play on my Vita, but those rear-touch controls were terrible. Playing on the Switch is going to be so nice!

Kudos to 2K for giving Switch owners a full-feature game that mirrors the PS4/Xbox One outside of graphics. This should be the model for all sports games on the Switch!

As long as it's smooth who cares about FPS?

I already have the PS4 version pre-ordered but part of me just wants to get the Switch version instead. Managing MyLeague or MyGM on the road would be fun. I wish I could play MyCareer on the road offline and still be able to bring it home and connect online again. That would be awesome.

I think I will just stick with the PS4 version and see if I am tempted by a sale for the Switch version on Black friday.

fps defines how smooth a game is though..

I'm not THRILLED about 30 fps but from what I saw on the video of gameplay, it looked just fine.

We'll see what happens when we have the game in our hands (literally).

I think most of us were expecting some sort of compromise given the disparity between the systems themselves.

Strictly speaking for myself, the ability to take this to work to lab for a few minutes at lunch and then dock it and keep playing on my 70" tv takes priority over graphics. Of course, graphics aren't as important to me as other things, I play all kinds of games with less than 1080p/4K/whatever.

Instead of reading Operation Sports at work I will be working on Iso Motion, or labbing plays, or playing MyLeague games, or editing Draft Classes.

This guy at game informer says the file size is around 25gb. Also is it confirmed that the cartridges are going to be delayed? It sounds like they may not be.

It would be sweet if we could link 2k accounts. I'd love to use my PS4 account on the go. It would suck having to create 2 different accounts. Also, not sure how the game will do if it's offline. Considering it's a mobile system and 2k always needs an online connection.

As long as it works I'll be getting switch and PS4 version.

Says only a few days later for the physical release. I'll wait for that; don't want one game taking up my whole memory card, and don't feel like buying a larger one and transferring files right now.
