Someone on PC got two settings for sculpting but it didn't do anything when changing scultping.

My first attempt at Sir Charles. Not great but may work ok in gameplay.


Also the same trick used with eye color works with the eye brows. Only problem is you gotta keep going back and forth until you get both eye color AND eye brows where you want them.

For clarification, lets say you go into CAP. You'll notice all preset heads have blue eyes. If you back all the way out and go back in, then they'll all have a different color. So in order to get the color you want, you have to keep doing that until you get the color you want.

Pretty crazy.

Does this work with Draft class editing as well?

It just occurred to me that this system is basically allowing us to create "look a likes." I know using look a likes has been popular at times, especially for lesser known players on classic rosters, because cyber faces looked more legit, and you couldn't REALLY tell in gameplay. Still not as good as sculpting.

On a more positive note, this new system will make it much easier to share CAP information as you will only have to post the preset values.

After playing around with it, classic rosters and draft classes ARE doable, IF you can lower your standards...

Well this is bad, much worse than I thought. If the tools were actually there and "hidden" like the PC version it would lead me to believe they ran out of time to implement it.

As long as it is patched back in to become functional I will be "ok" with it. I won't be doing any rosters with the current CAP system this year as it is.

Not that mine were great but I did a 1992 Set last year I could use in My League and a 1990 college roster. With the addition of 2kRosters to twitter I was excited to see what work would come out of it from EmbraceThePace and DaInfamous but we were all let down by leap backwards 2k took.

We need all of the options we had last year. It's plain and simple, just to be an average create a player. I think MLB The Show still has the best system in place.

Franchise Play said CAP will be getting an update by patch 2 or 3. But it won't be face sculpting. Hopefully it's something at least

I woke up an hour early this morning to check out a few things and for anyone interested here a video of a full 150 player draft class if you want to see what some of the randomly generated prospects look like:

Also, someone started a 2018 Draft Class and some of the real prospects actually don't look that bad.

Disclaimer: I'm not sure how long he worked on these or if he's entering these still plans to do more work on their apperance later or what.

With that said, the looks of these gives me a lot of hope. As long as 2K patches in things like eye color, eye brows, skin tones, and a few other things I think CAP will definitely be passable this year even without sculpting.

Apparentyl sculpting is in the game but locked away for MyLeague rookies only. So hopefully they'll unlock this feature in one of their patches.
