I'm not sure if this is old news but I noticed some things in MyLeague tonight.

First, you can edit players that 2K created with the CAP system (guys like Daniel Theis, Abdel Nader, Justin Patton and Cedi Osman just to name a few). Second, you can edit CAP's of players that you got from rosters or created outside of ML.

It's weird though... You can choose a completely new head preset but none of the other sliders are available. The best thing about is it that it includes editing of eyebrows and eye color. So if you have a prospect that has crappy eyebrows or eye color when you create them take note of them and you can fix them once you start a MyLeague.

I know I will probably get hammered for posting these, but I love creating caps in these games. Hopefully they will make the system better with the new patch.

Yeah they have the old NBA 2K17 features such as face sculpting, facial hair pieces, discolorations, etc. but they aren't functional.

It kind of gives me hope that the rumored patch is actually coming.

One other thing, anyone notice that coaches have over 200+ presets while we only get like 30 for CAP? It's ridiculous.

Go to edit a created staff member. Like a assistant coach or non real life coach. You’ll see it there.

Which leads to me hope for realism purposes someone makes a roster with a full staff on every team of real guys. It doesn’t have to be perfect but one can definitely make it work

Just thinking, I hope they can patch this CAP system but I thought about it a bit. What if they made the CAP system a free DLC instead of a patch. Maybe they could do more as DLC than as a patch job. Either way, I hope they can do more with this system this year.

Yeah, I've been seeing that reported, if a patch opens up those options, then this system is going to be pretty awesome.

I'm super pumped about being able to edit other people prospects though. Changing beards, hairstyles, etc. of players like Michael Porter, DeAndre Ayton, etc. as your MyLeague progresses is going to be awesome. As far as I know, we've never had that before.

What is going on with the cropped haircuts in CAP?

Go check them all out. Pay attention to the back and sides of the head. It's like someone took an electric razor and gouged chunks of hair out of the heads.
