    It looks like that cheat table is for offline only. It changes skill points, not VC.

    As far as mods go, it is back to being able to just copy and paste. I do agree that the game is very poorly optimized though.

      Been playing 2K on the PC since 2K11, and haven't looked back. I'm more of an offline guy so there is no need for me to own the console version. I still play NBA 2K14 every now and then because of HAWKS UBR. Literally my favorite mode of all time.

        Don't know why this hasn't been addressed after what four years? It's ridiculous. This doesn't even include being able to crash a game in PNO or MyTeam so, just in case you are losing, the game doesn't count.
