i'm going to put this here because I exclusively play franchise and I don't feel like wading through a couple months of posts I haven't read.
So after a long break I'm back at 2k and trying the new look Pistons in Franchise. it plays great. With some slider tweaks offensive rebounds for the CPU are down, defense is pretty decent and most of all the Pistons players totally play like the real life Pistons. It really feels like how Ish or Blake play (those both being deadly accurate in how they move, shot choices, etc.)
Two drawbacks. One is guys not getting back on D after a missed shot. But the far bigger issue is I can't shot. I use real FG%. Always have. For years. And in past versions I've actually had to lower sliders to 45-47 range (sometimes lower) for user shots from 3's up to close range. But this year, using 50 for all shot categories I can hit a mid range or 3 pointer to save my life. I'm not one of those who expects to hit every open 3. I'm the guy that breaks out the real life data that shows even top shooters like Steph and Korver only hit 50% of wide open 3. However after 4 games I've been under 38% overall in 3 of them (got up to 45% vs. the Knicks and it's the one game I won). And I'm below 24% on 3's. These are primarily 3s from Bullock, Kennard, Tolliver etc. These are NOT bad three point shooters, nor are they shots with 2 seconds on the clock with a man on top of them.
So my question (after that long winded explanation) is if anyone else is using real FG% in franchise and if they are experiencing low shooting percentages too and if they have tweaked sliders up well past 50 to compensate or am I just going through a bad stretch and it happens to coincide with the opening of the season.Comment

Somehow i managed to misclick and choose "coach alway handle" when injuries occur in MyGM mode.
Could someone please help me to change it back?? So want to be able to do the changes myself.Comment

Oh man I am devastated. Ive sprent 4 months playing through a ML season, and Ive got to the championship round.
I accidentally sim 2 of the games and then save.

I think you have to go to automation settings under the options menu and choose the option to change injury, not exactly sure what it’s called bc I’m not on right now but I know once you’re there you can change whether when your team adds a new player or one of your players gets injured you can change it to auto or manual, as well as other things like trades and signing free agents during the current season and off season. It’s the same as my league which is what I play, so I imagine my GM should be the same in terms of automation.

Yo so hopefully someone else is having this problem in myleague. So one I hit about year 2028, the game just erases player stats from any year before the 21-22 season. And as time goes on, the years recorded just keep dwindling. This has really been affecting the player chances at the hall of fame and jersey retirements. And now, I go on it today, and there are no stats at all. Including award history and things like that. I’m in the middle of a season and no stats are being recorded. Anyone have any solutions or experienced the same thing?Comment

Does anyone know what to do about the MyLeague glitch where every center, no matter how good, has their trade value drop to one star? Any solution other than changing them to PFs?Comment

After changing the injuries sliders in MyLeague to almost maximum I still see very few injuries in played games. I only played 7/8 games after this modification, so it's an experiment in progress. With default sliders for injuries (50) I saw one injury in 45 played games.Comment

Hey guys I have a question and I'm not sure if it has been answered already so if it has forgive me.
I'm currently in 2050 of MyLeague. I'm not sure exactly why its happening but the number 1 draft pick is going to the team with the best record, and the team with the worst record is getting the 30th pick.
I'm guessing I accepted a rule change I wasnt paying attention too. Has anyone came across a rule change like this?
Does anyone know of a way to change it back to normal or do I just gotta keep my eye out for that rule and change it back during the off season?Comment

Hey man, you can look in the league history tab or someplace like that. There will be something you can click called rule changes or whatever. All changes will be listed. Hope this helps.
