Happens automatically. Only way to eliminate it happening is to turn off Ace and make manual adjustments. Even then the issue happened on another occasion but not as frequently when Ace is on and settings of matchup left to Auto

Do you have video or a picture?
No

I'm playing 12min quarters and it happens after every timeout or substitution, it's starting to bug me big time. If you're playing against another human it's double trouble.
I mentioned this here before on September 15th.

Bug/glitch: at the end of the game when my exp point s are being tallied it always shows moving shots at 1-7 and i get no point even though i did better than that.

It happens every game.

Whats the bug? On 12/12/17 Bob Sanderson calls me to say I have not tried to trade for a top draft pick. After the call I see the gray loading screen and then the game just sits on it indefinitely. 3/3 in MyGM files so far.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? MyGM

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Seen above. It's happening every time I make a new MyGM file.

Do you have video or a picture? Yes but it's only a gray background screen.

Whats the bug? Backboard flexes on dunk but rim remains completely stationary, with player's hands "hanging" on invisible rim well below the actual rim.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Quick Play

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Noticed for the majority of the second half. Did not pick up on specific trigger. Easy to overlook from gameplay camera; becomes very apparent on replays.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Entire second half (9-minute quarters of most recent game)

PF player once sends Melo to the bench, he can't bring back as PF. Only SF.

Whats the bug? Draft class ranks all of the Centers in the bottom of the D.E Rank, 2K Rank, and NBA.com Rank. they do not start with any sct percentage, and they never move above any other position group. Noticed this in year three of myleague. even if scouted the cpu will never select a Center during the draft. This happened to me with two different myleague, and the problem is not specific to a certain draft class, I have tested multiple classes with the same result.

Touch Pad features (simple ISO comand and etc) don't work.
It only works when HUD is turned on (DPAD up)

What's the bug : For some reason the game is adding rebounds to team totals even if the ball is blocked out of bounds or shot and goes out of bounds.

This is not a bug. It's called "team rebound"

For instance, instead of the ball being rebounded, it goes out of bounds. Also, if a foul takes place on the rebound. If you take the number of missed shots and subtract how many rebounds by players, you get team rebounds.

A 50/50 Loose Ball AUTOMATICALLY teleports into the hands of a CPU player. This gives the CPU a HIGHLY UNFAIR advantage over ALL human players. This type of bug should never happen.

In the video below, MyPlayer is the Point Guard (#0) on the Knicks. The Detroit Pistons are controlled by the CPU. As soon as the CPU player loses control of the ball in the paint, I make a break from the paint to try to push a fast break, in hopes that 1 of my 2 of my closest teammates would be able to recover the loose ball. Watch the 'ball physics' closely to see the bug.

Whats the bug?

I'm sure it's been reported before, but there are two tracks missing from 2K beats. There are empty space where the tracks should be (I'm guessing those two tracks are Damian Lillard's, since I can't find them on the list).
