We're looking into this, guys. Dunking was dialed back on purpose this year for all non slashing builds to balance out the archetypes but some builds (especially PGs) were hit too hard. It should be fixed soon.

And so it begins...welp, I thought I was going to play MyCareer, but I'm changing my mind now.

2k need to release them patch notes before dudes starting making their own.

Waiting for someone to start talking about how they think crowd AI was improved because the fans seem to be acting more realistic now

I don't understand. Why haven't they released the notes yet? Why did they launched a patch without the proper testing? I mean, if you make me download a 2 GB+ patch at least tell me what I'm downloading.

Post patch online play seems to have taken a slight turn for the worst. Prior the patch online play (even with the framerate issue) was pretty good.

Last year the Patches were big, guess every Patch around 7 Gb or so. And we had a lot of them to download until the Game was playable. Now the marathon starts again, its a shame.

Give us Rachel naked in the next Show so we are all daydreamers and maybe we forgot about the Game until its Halftime.

Per Mike Wang there is another update this morning.

All he said was that it makes dunking easier.

I have been playing NBA 2K since 2K9 and this is the most buggy I have seen. I am already sick of not getting my VC after finishing a game. We have to pay VC for any **** and the game doesn't give the VC I played for.

I say I have a preference for shoe endorsement and I select Nike. A few days later my agent says "I know you picked Adidas but here are some free shoes from UA" and I get my endorsement offer from Adidas. What is wrong with this game?!

Its weird because all the 2k affiliated accounts are acting like the patch was never released. Its been mostly silence since the tweet saying details to follow.

So much less patches this year..lol..hopefully like you stated a hot fix that isn't really a patch..because the more they touch this..seems the more they break a game that was pretty good...to boot..

Yes it needed a few tweaks,but seems like they're trying to give 100% to every area and that's not possible.

I'd rather one team concentrate on offline. .and another on line.. or let us download the patch patch manually..that allows us to choose if we download it...it this says it only fixes online play. .and say you don't play online. . No need to waste time..same goes with all the other features. ..

Just get the games frame rate heat for the people..and did fix the truly disturbing things. .

I say this about the patches because sometimes the patches aimed for one mode.. break another. .

Thankfully I can't play this due to family issues..so living through you guys right now via my phone/tablet.

Yea a patch is like doing surgery on a human. Once you cut them open and move something or take something out or replace, it is never as good as it once was before. thats why athletes are afraid of surgery etc. Sometimes it better to let it stand as it

Exactly my fear and it happened when ronnie streamed from NYC saying about shoes.. the neighborhood. .getting a haircut and how revolutionary. It was...I was already terrified. ..

Sad to say 2k is heading where EA was...don't get me wrong live isn't an amazing title.. but they rebuilt it from the core..so it will only get better.. where 2k..has NO reason for this...

Throw VC on top of this,then throw in them flying you tubers in and giving teasers..and hyping it..had writing on the wall..this game is losing its foundation ands being a gamers game...

Now it's turning into a game with a mixed identity. .are we pure SIM? Oh let's get greedy.and a attract younger crowds by adding shoes..haircuts..

Add the my neighborhood. .get the rpg GTA 5 type players looking to INTERACT...

What happened to the people who supported your game for all these years..you're crapping on them..not only to killing the game to appeal to everyone...but literally taking away any respect anyone has for them with their vulture like VC.. crap. .


This is a serious question..what exactly does ronnie 2k do? He has NO personality at all...I mean like paint drying from a wall.. you don't put that as the face of your game..for hyping..watching him in presentations. .and playing..is utterly, ,painful..hearing him for a hour talk about sneakers haircuts and how amazing it was to add to a game...made me want touch a wall 60 minutes of what easily could have been GTA 5 modded..is mean we got zero not an INCH of gameplay. .we only saw what the people who got special access. .recorded...

The mega event in NY..literally showed NOTHING..everytime someone was going to start they pointed the camera to another segment.

We have guys like daczar ..who shows defense and other other guys who show offense.. why not use these guys ..as the face of 2k..for presentation. ...I can think of about 4 quality people that know the game in and out..and can show everything. . And have a personality. .

I understand hype..but this was a punch in the face to everyone. .I've only played 3 games due to having a medical emergency. .but surprised if you have a game go to OT they don't charge you for VC... have a classic game ..that went 3OT...want to save it... give us VC..oh wait it's broken.. you lost everything. . Reset and wait for patch then it will be fixed.

We keep tolerating this..EA did this for years until people just stopped buying..now that EA is back..and not gouging like 2k...we need to put their feet to the fire..otherwise this will keep on happening .over and OVER.. can everyone agree the quality is getting worse and the VC is getting to a point of almost bribery?

Imagine kids 14-15 playing fighting with their parents to buy virtual sneakers..they need extra money for a virtual haircut...how about maybe achieving these things., by achieving them.,say ..go one on one with a legend.. beat him... and get a free haircut or sneakers...

You have legendary edition.even that's going to a point of complete greed.

It's not even about earn and reward anymore..which made 2k basketball so great. .now it's well the others players BOUGHT their player...so if you don't. .you basically Pony up or basically look for someone who's trying to DO IT legit.

Sorry for the long rant...but this is sickening. ..
