i dont understand this people who are complaining about this things and make tickets for 2k support,
thats why they need always so much time to reply the really important things like some people loosing their mycareer files or some guards cant dunk (gameplay bug)

Can you show me the part where I said i opened a ticket? Can you show me the part where i took away from 2k trying to fix the bugs in the game? No you can't, because i didn't do any of those.

This is something that affects play now, myleague, mygm and myteam so get out of here with that my career stuff. Obviously this matters to people too

I can confirm that it's an attribute that was never updated once in a 5-year stretch. The same is true of most every player's Strength (at least until today).

Let's set the bar right here:

I just don’t understand where they come up with these ratings. Wally Szczerbiak was a massive dude in his playing days being 6’7” and nearly 250 pounds, how does that possibly translate to 27 strength? They’re saying he’s weaker than Tyler Ulis who is 150 pounds?

Not to mention Joe Harris and Khris Middleton who are both massive for guards.

And another classic player who’s pathetically weak is Derek Fisher who a lot of people regard as one of the strongest point guards in recent history. He’s 6’1” and 209 pounds and somehow only has 30 strength.

I swear 2K don't test play or look at every aspect of the game for bugs and errors like they should. They make us the beta testers. Some of these errors and bugs I'm hearing about are dam near embarrassing.

Bumping this again. 2k did some considerable changes to players strength attributes which is great, although some are still a little questionable.

Here are the ones that stuck out the most:

Kristaps Porzingis: Previously had a 35 strength, now has 73 strength

Hassan Whiteside: Previously had a 70 strength, now has 89 strength

Aron Baynes: Previously had a 64 strength, now has 90 strength

Gordon Hayward: Previously had a 42 strength, now has 63 strength

Frank Kaminsky: Previously had a 42 strength, now has 66 strength

Brandon Wright: Previously had a 52 strength, now has 72 strength

Avery Bradley: Previously had a 30 strength, now has 50 strength

Khris Middleton: Previously had a 36 strength, now has 50 strength

Shaun Livingston is the best post-up guard in the NBA (by a large margin), but probably doesn't function as such with a poor strength.

Ditto for Porzingis who doesn't get pushed around like he did his first two seasons, he's one of the league's best post players and has more than his share of And'1s (including his season-ending dunk on Giannis).

But then there’s guys like Capela and Gobert (Who are 6’10”/240 and 7’1”/245 respectively) and neither of them are good post players on offense, and while they’re good defensive players, they certainly don’t have the imposing strength that guys like Deandre Jordan and Andre Drummond have

You could even say the same for livingston. He’s a good defensive player overall, but he’s 6’7” and 190 pounds. He just doesn’t have the strength to handle bigger post up guards or wings

Just because they get pushed around too easily in the post doesn’t mean they automatically get scored on though. They all have the length and defensive abilities to alter shots, even if they don’t have the strength to hold their position in the post

Fair enough. I’m happy with the updates overall and i’m glad they finally took the time to update them, just think some players are a little stronger than they should be
