It's really good move for advance defenders. Or after you've made a hook shot or fade away.

Did you take a look at my Shaq video up there?

Dribble tap the square button. After starting the spin move. He says it in the video. The difference like he says in the video. Is where you do it. If you far away from the basket. He will do a normal spin layup. Closer the move your looking for.

That I can do drive then spin jumper the one garnett did in your video but the move you did with Ewing I can't as I said before I can't time it right he goes for a layup or a hopstep layup

It's not easy to practice. So much easier once you have defender bumping. Because I can only trigger the animations when I play. I don't know why. But in freestyle mode I only get it once in while like you.

So I wanted to show everyone some of the moves you can from the face up and low post pivot moves. They are flat out deadly with the right players and match ups. This was me toasting my cousin and the CPU. It's crazy how people don't use the hop step. With Powerful players like Shaq (Which I'm working on a video for). They are dangerous!

                    <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/hsoLg97oTa4" frameborder="0" gesture="media" allowfullscreen></iframe>

The last move is the pretty sweet.

Came back to this thread for some pointers. I've noticed the computer doesn't simulate a post player's strength very well. I can play a game against Shaq & he'll get blocked quite a bit. This happens when I'm not even trying to block I'm just got my hands straight up. I'm on superstar. I just can't make the CPU post played dangerous enough. If the can pop out & hit the jumper they're ok but not if they live in the paint. George Muresan should not repeatedly stop Shaq.

I think part of my problem is using the classic teams. The game is set up for the modern perimeter game which is as it should be. I just like to go old school sometimes.

its because the CPU defends by responding to your controller inputs, so it knows exactly when you are faking and exactly when you are shooting

                              I play on PS4.

I forgot to post this here. The other day.

When you "combo" out of a Post Spin (baseline) or Post Drive (key), are you releasing L2 and then hitting it again once spin is initiated, to very briefly engage back into Post-Up, and then hit commands to do, in this video, a Post Hop Fade?

Or do you hold down L2 the whole time? Is the command sequence for this...
                                1. Hold down L2 to Post Up.
                                2. Rotate RS from 12 o'clock counterclockwise to 6 o'clock for Post Drive, while holding down L2.
                                3. Press LS to Left and tap Shoot to start Post Hop, then hold down and release Shoot to take the Post Hop shot.

I found it a lot easier to combo stuff out of the post spin moves, especially Spin Gather jumpshots. Somehow, the requirement this year that it be done with holding down Turbo has made it harder to combo into.
