Re: 2k pressuring reviewers to remove low scores?
What I HATE about this edition is that it is a vc/money grab. i don't play those modes but its wrong regardless. i totally understand complaining about that. id complain like heck too, its disgusting on so many levels.
but compared to madden yall have a heavenly game. if madden had as much depth as 2k i would pay 100 for it, but madden has about 20% of the depth or gameplay. the current guys over there are working in the right direction (minus longshot which is a waste of resources) but for years it was absolutely pitiful. my all time favorite game ncaa stopped five years ago, and madden hasnt had competiton for a decade. when i opened up 2k15 that i got cheap as an impulse buy i was shocked at the depth and attention to detail in myleague. 2k15 was made two years before madden 17, and wasnt even regarded as that great by people on here. 2ks franchise mode is 10 times better than maddens, it makes me sad to think about it honestly. be thankful for that and corporate board people that cater to the hardcores with the new features (unlike madden where the devs usually want to try neat stuff but sometimes the suits or MUters say no).
