I've always been a little envious of the Moments feature from MyTeam. I've long hoped to see it become a little more focused then brought over to single player as its own mode of sorts. A Classic Moments and Current Moments would be a lot of fun to me. 2K11 and 2K12 dabbled in it, but I thought they could have pushed the concept further.

NFL 2K5 killed it with that feature, taking on the top 25 NFL moments over the course of ESPN's lifespan up to that point:

It'd be top notch to see that sort of situational play replicated in 2K ("Hit game-tying three with Kobe Bryant in Game 2 of the 2004 NBA Finals", "Complete second half comeback against Miami Heat in Game 2 of 2011 NBA Finals", etc.)

Maybe 2K will surprise us with a 20th Anniversary mode that does just that. Takes some of the best moments from the past 20 years and puts us in game situations with challenges to recreate certain moments. I loved the 25 moments in NFL 2k5. Such a fun challenge trying to get through all 25 moments, never got them all done.

Man....they need to lengthen the legs or something because they look weird as the hands are almost able to reach the knees lol

Man this is so true I wish they would bring back the feature to edit wingspans and waist, if they aren't going to do any better then this.

If you are expecting 2K to suddenlyake a drastic change to arena lighting in the coming weeks, based on everything that's been shown so far, you are just setting yourself up for disappointment.

At this point I think we need to just accept that it's either an aesthetic choice by the art team or having to do with limits due to console power. Perhaps improving arena lighting would cause a detriment to frame rate or cause downgrades elsewhere.

I don't play MyTeam, but I really like the new UI. It seems like they redid it for MyLeague too and it just looks so much cleaner IMO.

At this point I think we need to just accept that it's either an aesthetic choice by the art team or having to do with limits due to console power. Perhaps improving arena lighting would cause a detriment to frame rate or cause downgrades elsewhere.

nah, lightings in madden 19, pes 2019 all got improved. no performance loss whatsoever. they all feature more players, way bigger playgrounds and more crowds than nba2k.

don't blame consoles. sports games are not graphically demanding, that's the reason all sports games run native 4k/60fps on both ps4pro & xbone x.

2k just doesn't change the graphic. that's all.

Man that screenshot is disheartening.

The crowd is looking one way, photographers looking another and the players look like they're being forced to play for free or something.

I still think the game looks good graphically but I can't help feeling there's a heart and soul missing or maybe I'm just overreacting to a screenshot I honestly don't know anymore lol

Look at the lighting in this 08 Celtics arena vs the current Celtics arena ...kinda proves that it isn’t a matter of hardware limitation. They’re intentionally just going with the dark cinematic look for (stupid) aesthetic purposes..
