Commentary needs to be back. It's so dead during a pro am game. Half the time on PS4 the sound completely goes out no shot clock or buzzer also. Fix that please.

NHL and fifa both have commentary, no reason this game can't.

1st thing im going to do is be patient and see how this game plays before making a build.

still regret making a 2 way athletic finisher C who could not finish open lay ups to save his life for most part of the game cycle.

I really don't wanna see Archetypes return next year but if they do I'll be making a Play Primary Sharp Secondary as usual. Different year, same build lol.

            Hey everyone,

Got the game late this year on the 3$ Sale. Went 6’9 pure sharp out the gate and have been grinding since. I basically only care about playing 3s in the park with my friends the rest of the way and was hoping to get some input on a 2nd build.

One of my friends is a 6’11 slashing stretch, the other is a 6’10 pure lock. With my sharp, there’s not a lot of offensive pressure and we really have to rely on squeezing passing into the post or getting lucky on someone losing their guy. (We’re 77, 64, 73 right now and carry about a .500 record together)

I’m thinking about going with either a SG pure shot creator or a SF slashing Shot creator for my final build. Basically want someone who can penetrate, finish at the rim, hit some open shots, and generally just create offense on their own but also be athletic enough to play a little defense on guards on the park. Any feedback including archetypes/position/size is welcome. Thank you.

SF , 6’8 or 6’9 Slashing Shot Creator is beasty.
i haven’t made one but when i play against them they always give me a hard time. they can dribble a little, shoot and finish at the rim, can hold their own on the defensive side too, grab some rebounds as well. in the right hands it’s pretty much OP.

Depending on the changes in the archetypes, i’m probably gonna play my sf slashing post from the start in 2k20. Most versatile build ive ever played

                  Considering doing the same.

Unless its yet another shooting fest.
                  Then i might go with a sharp/playmaker.

Hope we get some info soon on the badges and arch types and such.

Sound like there's gonna be a bunch of slashers in Walk On again next year. I pray whoever makes one learns how to shoot a mid range jumper rather than constantly try to force layups, dunks, and floaters.

This is why i like my slashing post SF
Gold posterizer, hof relentless, contact dunks
                          And
Gold diffshots, silver catch shoot, silver deadeye

The shooting stats look bad but stats are irrelevant this year, i can shoot from everywhere.
