LOL, yeah man you get me, this one thing stopped me from playing the game last year, is broken, you just force your way in, why need to run plays, so I really wish anyone with the game can confirm me that this ain't happening again this year plz, thanks!

Also, I want to know more about shooting, I hate the shot meters, can I somehow turn it off and still able to score some baskets? Thanks.

6. With Def Communications on they now tell you before the pick arrives whether to "go over/under/ice or switch" it gives you ample time to get in position. Last year the pick was already on you and it became impossible to keep the concepts.

It’s a nice addition but I honestly wish the gamer was given actual control of the situation to determine (via button press) what he/she wants to do during pick and rolls.

If the CPU was going to set the pick specifically to get a mismatch (i.e. Lebron onto Curry) while picking off Andre Iguodala, there needs to be a "total control" mechanism that allows the user to "tell" his teammate to fight around the screen or me "telling" my teammate that I will fight around through the screen.

I can certainly take control of Andre to fight around the screen, but because the computer has determined it will be a switch, even if I were to fight around the screen, Curry would have followed through with the switch, leading to a double team situation because I have determined I will fight through the screen with Andre. Now there’s an open man to the basket.

The same as last year’s "I got ball" feature, which I thought was sort of pointless. I had the impression that I was going to be able to initiate "I got ball" by pressing a button. If I wanted Andre Iguodala to guard Lebron with the ball, I don’t want Kevin Durant, Klay, Draymond to come up and say "I got ball" when I already have Iguodala face guarding Lebron.

Changing gameplay settings doesn’t allow me to alternate between switching and not depending on the situation. I like to read the situation during the exact moment it happens.

Here are my examples (two video examples with multiple examples). I'm trying to play on-ball defense and stick with it. I didn't want to switch in any of these cases. In more cases than one, Draymond "thinks" that I'm going to switch and it turns into 'double team' situation. First video, second scenario, I'm controlling Klay playing on-ball defense and Curry decides to come 'double team' or believe that I (using Klay) was going to switch and defend the roller.

This is the stuff I want to avoid without having to have a visual indicator telling me what I 'should' do.

Yes, in these cases I would press the X to switch, read the situation, that's how I would prevent any of this from happening. But still if I want to stick to on-ball, ... what looks like a 'double team' happens often or to a good extent.

Just use defensive settings. Don't leave anything on 'auto'.
