Numbered CP3 models usually drop late December-early February, so I don't expect it until then. I actually keep wondering why they still give him a signature model. Nobody really buys those. (This is coming from me working for awhile at a retail sneaker store/barbershop concept in the Philippines).

i havent personally seen any of his last couple models in footlocker

i owned & played in a pair of those bel air vii's

but regardless any prominent player with a sig shoe should have it in the game

go out of your way to scan the Kyrie 5 Taco

we wont be able to custom mod it once the 5 drops because it has a slightly different design

but hes been wearing it alot and its pure fire

they need to do a better job resizing these sneakers.. they look huge on certain player models (ex PG13)

That is also my concern since 2k17. Almost all the Jordan brand shoes are really HUGE!

Maybe bc you’re in the Philippines but state side CP3 shoes move pretty well. When I worked in footlocker, his earlier models with the hornets did very well, even when he was in the clippers. I’m not sure how his new model is doing but his past ones have done pretty well. It’s funny bc I used to think a lot of people weren’t really into team Jordans like that but times have changed. A lot more people buy them now being that Jordan retros don’t hold up as well on the court. Now as far as your question about why he has a sig shoe, it made me think about how only 2 champions are within that roster yet they don’t have a sig shoe (khawi, Allen, Finley) may be missing someone but none of them got a sig shoe and they actually won a championship, the most they got were PEs of Jordan retros in their team colors which is cool but still.

Foreal man. I just deal with it but it looks horrible. Especially the 15s. Another thing I noticed last night about a lot of the shoes is the way the knot is tied in the shoes, it literally looks like how I would tie my shoes when I first learned how. I was makin the HDX lows and noticed how big they made “bunny ear” loops, same way they look on the 15. My guess is that when they scanned a lot of the Jordans they had to be like sizes that no one really wears or only the centers wear lol like sizes 22 and up bc when I would put the 15s on a player 6’4 or shorter it looks stupid especially with the way they laced them.

Man, trust me. Sneakers are huge in the Philippines. Proof of this is Kobe and LBJ actually having Philippines themed kicks. Only thing is, the CP3 IX and X didn't move well, the XI wasn't even released here. Folks really tend to stay away from budget models down here, which actually is kinda weird. They never realized how good the first HyperRev was, tons of folks sleeping on team Adidas models.

New Kyrie 5 colorway for UCONN. I love Red/White/Blue color schemes. Hopefully Nike gets these over to 2k soon along with the BB4s.

I think 2k really need to scale a lot of their shoes down in size as most shoes look like moon boots. By doing this it will also reduce the stumpy leg look a lot of players have in 2k

You're right, I work in the footwear industry and CP3 actually got his signature line cancelled (similar to Melo) due to low sales. It wasn't until the Rockets started dominating early last season was it that the gave the green light for another model. That's why the CP3 XI came so late into the season.

i wouldnt buy anything from nike in white from multiple previous personal experiences they all turn yellow after a few times playing in them
