Why Harden still isn’t wearing Vol. 3 I don’t understand. I know I know I can change it myself BUT i play this game for MyPlayer only so I still depend on the devs to update these things. Something like having his newest shoe in the game and having him wear last years model when this year he’s obviously wearing the new model irks me and I can’t get past that.



Also the devs need to update the whole Brooklyn Nets roster with updates sneakers. So far they’ve taken care of DLo but that’s it



And Boston they need to get Kyrie & Gordon sock length correct. I swear maybe only 2-3 players still wear those high Jason Terry socks.



Sorry for my rant it’s just frustrating. This might be the first 2K I don’t even play

So you might not play 2K over some cosmetic issues that you can easily change your self. It’s never that serious

I remember like 5 or 6 years ago. The Shoe Vault Discussion used to be everybody sharing their. Formulas they created using the Shoe Creator. Before they scanned every shoe.

Then they scanned some shoes and people still complained. Now they have every shoe scanned and people are still complaining. Majority of the shoes we’re asking for 2K will add eventually. If they have color blocking then oh well. It’s not a game breaker move on and stop complaining... Rant done

Bro. . . NO disrespect and I get where you are coming from but let these guys voice their complaints, their concerns regarding shoes that should be halfway accurate to begin with especially if 2K put them in game., 2K could've at least did a better job UV mapping shoe sections(parts/polygons), people complained of this last year. . .

Everyone has their own personal complaint(s), some cringe worthy to discuss within this game, it's a love hate relationship hell I DON'T even lookout for color formulas anymore, I create mine as close as I possibly can from images and roll with it but the frustration is REAL in almost every game option or mode. . .

How does anything get pushed forward if people don't strive for things to be better?

90% of the changes made for the better in terms of shoes come from the users in this thread.

If you don't like reading complaints, then that's more of a personal problem. It's undeniable that the "complaints" get things done.

Bro like seriously! Lmaooo This is what I be saying I just try and enjoy the game for what it is. I legit think people don’t understand the fact that it’s a video game, some things will be done for us, others we have the options to do ourselves. Granted, if we didn’t even have the options to change sneakers or anything, then what? People always find something to get mad about instead of being like you know what? Ima just enjoy the game for what it is, I paid for it, so let me just do what I can until the next game comes out. It’s crazy how spoiled people are now and you can clearly tell who just started playing 2k or basketball/sports games in general. Talk to me about features and not being able to do something if you’ve played nba 2k on Dreamcast or nba live on sega/NES when there weren’t even options to even change accessories, shoes, jerseys, nothing! In the first nba 2k, the only sig shoe was Allen Iversons, nothing else! Just black and white generic shoes, not even the 2k shoes lol... Now all I see is, “omg they haven’t put the Kyrie 5, 2k lame, omg they gave lebron a head band but why not klay thompson? etc etc. if that’s the case just don’t play the game! I really wish one year 2k will remove all these features and give us a old school game like we had back in the days so all this complaining will somehow turn into appreciation. Like I feel people that get upset, but in what world am i seriously considering not playing a game bc a certain shoe isn’t in the game or players don’t have the right accessories on them. I feel bad for people that can’t enjoy the game bc of small nitpicking things like that, in that case don’t buy it. Plain and simple.

I think he means complaining about little things, like stuff we can change ourselves. Now if we talking about servers, bugs and other stuff that’s worth complaining about then yeah, you have a valid point, but it works both ways when u think about it. I see the complaints here and overall they have more of a negative affect on the thread than positive from what I’ve seen for the last 2 years I’ve been coming here. Of course people will complain but in my earlier post I emphasized how people need to learn that it’s a video game and not real life so of course things aren’t going to be exactly the way we want them. My biggest peeve is that I don’t necessarily have an issue with complaining it’s what people choose to complain about. I’ve seen people crying about James harden still wearing a certain shoe that we can easily change ourselves? Same goes with the accessories too. What if they removed all those features all together then what? We need to learn how to appreciate things for what they are and stop finding reasons to make things worse bc that’s all the complaints most people have here do. I notice people will leave great questions unanswered but would rather respond to complaints which doesn’t really help the thread at all.

You spoke before reading what I clearly said. I said that “I ONLY PLAY MYCAREER” it’s a FACT that when you edit the roster on your own it DOES NOT save when you start your MyPlayer. So it’s pointless for ME to edit the roster. This is something the Devs do so when I start mycareer everything is correct. So for me and everyone else it seems in here who are specific about the details YES IT IS THAT SERIOUS to me to play that game. So before you say something smart again make sure you read what I’m saying and maybe you’ll have a clear understanding of what I mean. Thank you !

Exactly are the days when you could edit shoes. But you had maybe like 3 or 4 slots to changed the color on the shoe

If you want to play with custom rosters on 2k my career I’m not sure if it still works but I think last gen consoles like ps3 and Xbox 360 give you the ability to let you use custom rosters, I’m not sure if it still works tho. The only way it could be done now is modding on PC but I haven’t played last gen 2k since 2k15.
