This stuttering and fps drop issue of NBA 2K20 on PS4 Pro is bugging me a lot i can't play the game anymore at all! It's been a month 5 big patches yet 2k doesn't fix it!!!

They even tried to close my ticket on the issue without even acknowledging the stutter problem is even there! Unbelievable!!!

For me it's a big faulty product now.

The only saving grace for me is that I haven't experienced lag when using classic and all-time teams. Obviously want to be able to play with current teams but it's better than nothing I suppose. Not sure how the game runs for WNBA teams. Haven't tried them out yet.

This really needs to be at very least acknowledged by them at this point. Pretty ridiculous that they haven't even come out and done that at this point.

so after weeks of not touching 2k I gave it a shot just an hour ango. I quit by mid of the 3rd quarter. The stuttering got so bad that my player didn't react to what I pressed on the controller.



It seems to be initiated everytime the clocks goes under 6 seconds and it won't go away for a few possessions.



The game is unplayable for me and the whole thing is unacceptable.



Great to have paid 60 bucks for something I cannot even use.

That's what I noticed and posted a while back: after the initial stutter from the jump ball, the game is smooth until the first instance where the shot clock starts winding down...it triggers the stuttering and then it's constant.

I call for everyone to submit their tickets to 2k support. Otherwise they will not really understand the problem here.

I'll do it. But honestly, I don't think it's that they don't understand the problem - they simply don't care or can't fix it and therefore don't want to draw attention to it by acknowledging it. Let's face it, even beyond this issue, 2k has proven to be a company with highly questionable morals and practises. I hope people will remember this next year before purchasing the game.

Yes you're 100% correct mate, the morals and practices of 2k is close to companies like under the counter, you know.

They even tried to close my ticket by saying; 'we can't refund' I was like lol, i don't want a refund i want it fixed but the don't acknowledge the problem either, i want to play the game as it should. I sent them videos, specs, explanations and all but the support agents keep saying i don't see any problem. Lol, unbelievable

Still though please open your own tickets let them know this exist and it won't go away until they fix.

Exactly right! I keep telling them i'm having this and that and all these problems and here you have those videos and such and on and they keep telling 'no i don't see you have any problem and the game is smooth.' WTH! It's like they are destined not to acknowledge and pretty warn not to acknowledge the problem exists LOL!

Have you tried sending them to all of the 2k handles on twitter? I think the best way to get them to acknowledge/eventually fix it it is to get it out publicly and hope that it gets enough attention so they have to do something.

This is probably a ploy to make you buy it on the Xbox one X since they have marketing rights.
If i had known this from the start i would have done so but I'm not spending 60 for it again. I'll just accept my losses and move on.

I've submitted a ticket for the game stuttering on my PS4 PRO.

I also submitted another ticket because after the last patch I am unable to play 2K20. Keep getting CE-37878-0 error in the first quarter. I haven't been able to finish a 10 min qtr all day today.

In your ticket, did you clarify that it affects only broadcast camera?

Unbelievable! It's the elephant in the room yet noone wants to come out and acknowledge and let us assure that they work and they will fix it for sure. Unbelievable. Twitter Mike is on silent,too, he prolly thinks about some badges and mypark player having fun or not and ofcourse how can i forget 'THE SHOT METER AND GREEN BEAMS'. Sure that's what we care 2k.
