Man I just played for the 1st time in a day or so and the stuttering and hitches were nonstop, I was on broadcast camera so that probably don’t help but that’s just unacceptable....... it was making me dizzy lol had to just turn it off

It's nearly a game killer for me. Hard to get into a flow on offense and defense because of it. Even when there is no stuttering it's in the back of my mind and I know it's only a matter of time before it shows up. Hopefully they find a solution quick.

I agree, turning HDR off was a game saver for me, u lose very little picture quality imo and the game plays 100% smoother, I definitely encourage u guys to test it out....... I was on the verge of shelving the game cause it was too hard to play it as it was until I did that, last night I had the funnest game of 2k I’ve played in a long time with the FPS so much smoother

Doesn't work for me at all. The game looks horrible when I turn off HDR, so much so that I rather have the stuttering. And actually I don't think that it completely solved the stuttering for me, either, when I tried it. I was wondering if it might also be related to the TV. I have a Samsung Q60 (43 inches).

I was playing 2K20 on my PS4 Pro, and noticed the stuttering that you all have been talking about. I relate this to the poor framerate in MLB the Show 19. They did patch it, and it improved somewhat, but is definitely still there in some ballparks.

I then bought 2K20 on Xbox One, and installed it on my Xbox One X. There is no stuttering whatsoever during gameplay on my Xbox One X. I have a beast of a 4K tv as well.

Between these two games, and I'm not saying I know everything when it comes to this stuff, but the PS4 Pro is maybe just too underpowered? It's a shame because PlayStation comes out with so many awesome exclusives. But for things like this to keep popping up with their hardware having issues simply playing a game smoothly, it is a big bummer.

I definitely won't be going back to 2K20 on PS4 after playing it on Xbox One. It really is that much better of an experience.

Not sure how it would be “horrible” for you considering you have a tv with darker hdr Than a lot of others, which would make hdr less useful than some other sets but I assume u must have some picture settings tuned down or improperly if you’d rather play with that god awful stutter they have right now, to me it breaks the game as is

Interesting. I didn't play 2K19 on Xbox One, only my PS4 Pro. But with 2K20, I am definitely not seeing the stuttering on Xbox One that I was routinely seeing on PS4.

PS4 Pro is still waiting for the horrible stutter to be fixed via 2k patch.

To be clear here is my specs as always. I think it's always important to specify those so that 2k can really understand what's really going on.

My specs:
* Digital version of the game
* PS4 Pro CUH-7016b
* Samsung KU6300 4K TV (Latest Software) and HDR off.

What mode do I experience the glitch/bug in?
All my tests are done the modes below:
Play Now Offline NBA / WNBA,
2KU,
Blacktop,
Only on offline modes and also online Play Now with Friends is just a lot worse.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Everything is on default the PS4 Pro is initialized 2 times and i downloaded the game 3 times already.
