Not sure about the other two, but this one was just a spin jumper. If it's the same as 2K18 (I don't have 2K19 yet), double-tap shoot when you're in the mid-range/three-point area.

Right stick (RS) flick left or right depending on your pivot foot. Before the animation for the ball fake to the right finishes, you hold turbo and push left to drive on the left analog stick.

Klay - Jab step left then right and explode out of it by holding RT and LS in the opposite direction.

KD - RS away from the direction you're moving in for the pull back. For the spin jumper you hold RT then double tap the shot button or rotate and hold the RS counterclockwise or clockwise depending on the ball hand.
