I definitely did not know this either until speaking with the dev. Server stability has to do more with making sure you can get into the league, syncing issues, etc., especially during events. Also has to do with doing offseason tasks during peak hours.
With random disconnects, there is a lot more to troubleshoot.Comment

I'm hearing alot from guys in the patch thread and elsewhere about issues with custom rosters and custom draft classes causing bugs or even crashes in MLO and offline. Haven't started my offline MyLeague yet and none of my leagues are at the offseason yet (one hasn't even had our fantasy draft yet due to the issues). Is this something on anyone's radar yet?
Have aloooooooot of time sunk into my roster and classes lol

Ran home at lunch yesterday to get the patch so I could play MLO after work, but still had same problems. I was able to play the game, but it wouldn’t sync results after, just froze. We’re now at the end year one but are afraid to jump into offseason with the state of servers.

Issue is that they never have a full 30 people in MLO for testing. This will be a good test for the dev and we are doing this on Saturday, also during the My Team event going on so that we can also have more information from the server logs just in case things lag as we progress during the off season.
I will definitely keep everyone posted on what happens during this testing and I expect to have answers to the first group of bugs/issues submitted either today or tomorrow.Comment

And I'm pretty sure they can find 30 people happy to do it for free/low cost, but my guess is it will never happen because that's too many people that will find out about the game too soon.Comment

Thanks for those encouraging words, and mine were mostly just in response to what the direction of the dev team seemingly is.
As far as I currently know, the main MyLeague issues are:
- Most players develop a 99 under basket shot tendency every offseason
- G-Leaguers progress too much still. Too many of those players develop to 80s OVR, and low-mid 80s is a bit too high.
- Many players have reported crashing at the qualifying offer stage.
- Uniform, shoe, court, and sponsor patch updates arent not available unless using the latest 2k roster and need to be patched in for all rosters.

Just happened to me again. We have 2 leagues and it’s happened in both. One is a fantasy draft league and the other is expansion.
Console: PS4
Gamertag(s): vandycraig32 and disasterpiece34 (this was the user playing...only single player game at that moment)

Nov 2 about 1 am and 1:30 am est
So our league has a fantasy draft this sunday with 30 users. Ocho and I ran two test drafts (with just the 2 of us) and heres what we found.
-As the admin, I could not ready up in league lobby
-Saw Ocho enter, but couldnt see his ready up
-expired timer to enter lobby, Ocho got right in. However in both drafts, I had to exit the league and re enter in order to get to the lobby where i see the player pool.
-first draft we had some cpu teams in between us. I had first pick, when timer expired to start, it hung at 0 but then had me on the clock with 1:14 left instead of the full 1:30. Once I would make my selection, it would skip to Ochos pick with 1:14 or 1:15 left on his clock. He never saw the CPU teams before him pick.
-second draft we made our picks back to back. We still would get shorted 15-20 seconds most of the time. However there was one occurrence where I picked, and Ocho had the next 2 but both of his picks were skilled completely. Another instance he made his pick with 5 seconds left and i got shorted 40 seconds that time.
So it seemed like as long as we dont use alot of the timer to pick the next guy should get their pick with 1:15 or so left.
BUT
These issues were only with 2 users at 1:30am on a thursday night/friday morning.
Im concerned about 30 users on a sunday evening.Die hard Heat and Dolphins fan since '89

On a unrelated note does anyone know if we can as the admin control CPU picks during the draft or no? for people who arent able to make the draft but have sent lists of who they want?Comment
