Been trying to find a build to put VC in. What do you guys think of this. I want to be able to defend and shoot decently while setting teammates up. Got Pass First Wing with some nice comparisons.

Did you use the play/def pie?
I think it fits better with a slashing type build than a shooting type
You can get easily 10/15 badge points in finishing, play e def, with a more balanced outcome.
And if you won't be taller than 6'7, propably should use a SG for more badges

No new pie charts and no buff to SFs, am I right?

Someone can confirm it's the same of the demo?

Hi all, I am trying to create a slashing shot creator for 2k20, but am not sure if I should make him a Shooting guard or a Small forward (or potentially even a point guard). Could someone please help me choose, and if possible, provide me the pros and cons for different scenarios, and when one would be advantageous over the other? I am also open to height recommendations. Thanks a bunch in advance, and PM me if you ever need someone to run with.

As far as positions go, SF and SG are the same stats wise, but you get more badges on SG.

do you get extra points on higher difficulty cause the grind for badges is real lol

Yeah i used that pie. I got 17 badges in defending and 18 in playmaking only 7 in finishing though. Went with a 6'9 250lb SF. Having a lot of fun with my player. Haven't put any VC in him yet cause the game is still glitchy. Unlocked 2 badges already in finishing and defending and on my way to my third. Badge progression seems really slow. Appreciate your advice. Definitely helped

first game for me was vs premade as well
its harder to notice it now, cuz records dont show and record is similar for most ppl

my first build is defender playmaker 6'5 wingspan one down for 86bc, lock takover.
badges 10/10/20/20

so far im loving it: realy fast in transition, good defence, amazing dunking, will se how it will be vs pgs when they badge up fully

if id known i cant change it(takeover), id take slashing takover, lockdown takeover fills to slow

also seems that rec in nice to leveling up and grinding. im getting similar amount of pts in rec as pro difficulty in mycareer

That build is a monster I’ve tested it before . I love my 3 n D wing (Kawhi ) but that build at 6’6 had me feeling like rookie Jordan. Not enough shooting for my team u fortunately .

Since Italian stores suck I'm still trying builds with the demo.

I'm pretty sure that my Magic Johnson build would be a lot of fun in offline MyCareer.
I found that the hook badge can be deadly: I was hitting consistently hooks from the free throw line, triggering both the badge and pro touch with a good defender like klay on me.

Too bad it's too anti Meta for the online.

Anyone doing a 6'7 playmaker?

I have started one with 61 badges (10/15/29/7). Drafted to LA where i will bring back showtime !

Picked the pie chart with high speed and acceleration (both 88, 192 lbs) but the trade off is low vertical (68).

Picked slasher takeover to compensate for dunking and have decent post control and post fade and have a real allround player.

At 75 ovr already going coast to coast and run the fastbreak and throwing flashy passes. Really fun build so far ! Figure with all the 6'5 guards in park i can do some damage with the height difference and +2 wingspan

Is it only on HoF? When I raised mine to Superstar it still said 1.0 after the game.
