It's definitely a new render. I just compared the two. Look at a pic from this thread of the one they updated earlier (page 16,#123), and go in game now and look at it. Completely new and imo and perfect render. Looks like he went in and got scanned.

Yea positive, they updated him before, but this new one here looks like an actual scan, so a second update in the same year. Perfect now though tbh. But i'm right there with ya. Guys that are way overdue need to be updated, like Winslow, DJ, Robin Lopez etc.

I am optimistic that they will update a good amount of guys once the season starts. Hopefully that is, this year they've shown that they're updated more players than usual hopefully they don't stop once the season starts. Already seen guys that have changed looks too; Bamba, Jaylen Brown, Lowry i believe cut his hair too. Fingers crossed yall.
