In my opinion, yes it is. Mostly if you can find the tv at a good price. The one I got is normally $2500 but I got it for $1500. It is a night and day difference. The black make such a difference in picture and contrast. The games basically look like PC pics people post. The stinky thing is I could have never seen it because they don’t play video game demos or videos on the OLED’s in my store... trust me, I have it at home and it’s amazing

Re: The Photographic Side of NBA 2K20
I upgraded to a cheap Samsung QLED 4K TV (< $800) a bit I switched to a PS4 Pro. 100% worth the jump and 10000000% worth it if you can afford a true OLED TV from LG or Sony. The difference, especially with a Pro, almost hurt my eyes because the colors and clarity was so beautiful. And seeing RDR2 on a top of the line LG OLED at a friend's house almost made me cry from how much difference a TV can make.Comment

Re: The Photographic Side of NBA 2K20
if you could just record with your iphone/android the game running and talk about what you like/dislike... what makes it great, that would be more helpful for myself. again, just a request, if you have time and energy.
like, this fellow here (at this point in the video) https://youtu.be/_6uRWx4zunE?t=706 easily points out the shafts of light and how they react to HDR. those explanations can't really be captured with a screenshot, but are better explained with a video.
anyways, you don't have to upload a video, if you don't want. But i have been curious about that C9 Panel (specifically how 2k20 runs on it) and would appreciate it very much.
Edit: for instance, this screenshot of the C9 is stunning (screenshot of the youtube video linked before) the blue and brown are prefect color. the blacks are perfect. the halo effect from the light isn't too bright.... the picture is nice, but when viewed in the context of the video, the effect is stunning and i get a better context of what the C9 is capable of in gaming that just a picture. anyways, sorry for the long post.

Re: The Photographic Side of NBA 2K20
I've been interested in how 2k20 looks and runs on the LG C9 TV. Pictures/Screenshots are an OK way to show us how the game runs, but pictures are also dependent on monitor/phone color calibration, srgb gamet, etc etc
