Do you guys think this game is ruined with the patch? I’ve seen people complain about
It saying that footplanting is gone and that it’s ruined the gameplay after the first patch (for those who play strictly NBA Play Now/MyLeague).

It depends on if you play online or offline.
Offline probably feels short changed since they had to forgoe a lot of slowe nuances to improve gameplay for online guys

Great video. Hopefully, they are being worked on.

What i can tell at the moment as the video suggests the game is choppy, choppy, choppy, stutters,, stutters, stutters and fps droping all over on all modes offline NBA and online. It's the same for me on PS4 Pro.

What i can tell at the moment as the video suggests the game is choppy, choppy, choppy, stutters,, stutters, stutters and fps droping all over on all modes offline NBA and online. It's the same for me on PS4 Pro.

I don't know why I am not getting the stutter and choppiness on my ps4. Only stutter and frame rate drops I get is during the opening tip.

I think it's got to do with people that play with HDR on.

That could be the case but I have tried with hdr on and off and still only witnessed stutter on opening tip. I decided to keep hdr off because my tv was looking washed out, it actually looks like hdr is on when I turn mine off, its crazy🤣

EDIT: 2K is the only game I have that looks worse with hdr on

Gameplay wise, I think it's great. Just wish some of the bugs in MyLeague would be patched.

What bugs are in myleague if you don't mind me asking. By the time I get into myleague it's at least November or December. Then I start a 2nd one after trade deadline.

From what I hear the biggest issue is that team options aren't available once you get to the 2nd offseason. Aside from that, I think it's about like last year.

I also think player morale is somehow different this year, it seems harder but I think it can be fixed by adjusting sliders.

The stutter went away when I turned HDR off

Can confirm, I'm getting prompted too.

Patch day apparently - First Madden, now NBA and I'm guessing there might be a Show one overnight as that's when they like to update theirs.

This one's small, just 126 MB on PS4, assuming you have the other updates.

Edit: That third one's pure speculation, but with their intros being seasonal it's reasonable to assume there's a new one coming for the start of Fall
