Would love to get your opinions on these moves I made in my Wizards MyLeague. Trying to keep it very realistic. There’s one trade and some free agents signings I’d love to get feedback on.

Bertans wouldn’t commit to a deal longer term, and we wouldn’t have been able to resign him with Wall and Beals huge contracts so I shipped him off to Charlotte, who was on the verge of making the playoffs.

Wizards get
Marvin Williams (expiring contract)
2020 1st (was projected to be #14 but ended up being #11)

Hornets get
Bertans
2020 2nd


Wizards ended up getting the 8 seed and losing round 1. Charlotte missed the playoffs by 5 games.

John Wall returned from injury and I decided to go into win-now mode until their contracts are up. The night of the draft I traded two 1sts (11 and 19) for OG Anunoby (80) and Matt Thomas (75). This really helped my SF position.

Here is my current lineup in year 2. Really like how the roster is looking.

PG Wall, Bonga, Ish Smith
SG Beal, Thomas, Wesley Matthews
SF OG, Troy Brown Jr, CJ Miles
PF Rui, Meyers Leonard
C Thomas Bryant, Mo Wagner

What do you guys think? Realistic enough? Also, any recommendations on guys I should target or look to move? Thanks!

I think since you'll be trading with NOP, they will want a young player who has upside in return, so someone like Kuzma.

However Kuzma plays a position that probably won't have much time for him at, and he does look to be a central piece to the Lakers going forward.

Not very realistic, but to make it fair I’d say Horford + Thybulle/Zhaire and then a couple picks.

So I am 24 games In to the 2nd season, and OKC Called me to ask about Zach Lavine, and they offered shai gilgeous-alexander & Chris Paul for Zach and Goran Dragic....

Zach is 88 and SGA is 84..... Only reason I am considering it, is because I got NAW running my 2nd unit... Wasn't being used by the pals so I traded for him. Zach is signed for the next 5 years.... What you guys think about the offer? Should they toss In picks or do I? I tried to do the trade without Paul and they wouldn't accept!!! He has a one star lol

I think there's definitely plausible Lavine for SGA trades but you'd be paying him like $45m or something next season. I'd much rather just have Lavine and cap space to sign someone better.

Yes Paul has one more left, and the thing is....i re-started my MyLeage back in 2018, where i traded for pick two ( Kings ) and Took Luka Doncic ( Pick 5, Pick 22 and 2019 First Round Pick, Which was 7 so i still had them take Coby White )

So Zach is not really being used, i got him with the 2nd unit! so when they offered that i was like maybe save money and target a center! i want to try to get a AD in 2021 or G.A to pair with Luka....or anyone that doesn't need the ball all the time lol....Having fun playing with Luka and putting up stats left and right!!!!

I think this trade seems like it makes sense, but I'm not sure if it's realistic or not.

Nuggets send: Mason Plumlee, Paul Millsap

Timberwolves send: Andrew Wiggins, Gorgui Dieng

Nuggets get a good wing defender who should fit much better as a third or fourth option on a contender rather than being a focal point. Timberwolves give Wiggins away to get off a massive amount of money that they had tied up, which free them up to build properly around Towns, firstly by exploring a trade for Russell. They also still have Covington as an asset or as a piece to keep for the retool.

I think this makes a ton of sense but not sure if it would actually happen in real life.

What do people think?

This trade proposal is out of the history books. Trying to do a retro franchise with 2000-01 season I downloaded on PC. Taking over the Grizzlies and trying to save them from being moved to Memphis.

So if any of you can remember would this be a fair trade?

Grizzlies Trade: Mike Bibby and 2000 #2 Draft Pick
Mavericks Trade: Steve Nash and 2000 #12 Draft Pick.

Some context. Nash played 56 games in 99-00 and started 27 games. He averaged 8.6ppg and 4.9apg in his 4th season as a backup. Nash would have a breakout and double his output as a starter in 00-01.

Bibby played and started in all 82 games. He averaged 14.5ppg and 8.1apg in his 2nd season. Bibby would only play one more season with Vancouver before being traded for J-Will and Nick Anderson. His stats would only slightly increase.

So my questions are; Am I under or over valuing Bibby?
Should I look to get Nash and #12 straight up for Bibby?

Any insight is greatly appreciated, stats are one thing, I'm cant remember exactly what peoples perceptions were at the time.
