I haven't encountered it yet, and I'm using 9 rebrands and 6 expansion teams in mine.

Hello everyone,,
Does anyone have a User ID for a Knicks statement jersey? I'm playing the Knicks in a My League mode but made the mistake of trying out jersey designs before I knew that you can't reset your original jersey.

I started a new My League to re-download the original Knicks jerseys, but now the statement jersey's don't show up at all. The statement jersey option is invisible.

Has anyone recreated it? Couldn't find any when i searched.

How are you doing all that when the accessories are broken? For custom teams 2/3 jerseys will have the wrong accessory colors.

The accessories glitch, while annoying, can be worked around. I don't think I'm very good at explaining it, but I'll give it a shot (this might be long)

So, every uniform gets 5 slots for accessory colors. We'll call those #1-5. On most uniforms of existing teams (there are some exceptions) 1-3 are team colors and 4 and 5 are black and white, unless white or black are one of the team colors, in which case it'll be a super dark grey or a very dirty white (again, with a few exceptions - the Rockets have yellow as #5, the Lakers have blue, I believe). 4 and 5 are locked in; whatever colors those are will remain 4 and 5 for home and away; on the alt, they'll be blue. But you can actually manually change 1-3 on the away and alternate (though all three slots will likely end up being the same color unless you're lucky).

Basically, it revolves around moving through the "Design Uniform" menu very quickly. Somebody in another thread had asked for a video, so I recorded on my Xbox how I do it as a visual guide: https://youtu.be/WkNARCqbERs (I should probably try and redo it with voice, but I'm not really sure how to do that since I don't presently have access to a PC)
To change the away uniform, I go to the "Home Uniform" in the Design Uniform tab, and then as quickly as I can, go down to "Complete" and select "Keep Changes and Exit" again as fast as I can. This makes slots 1-3 team colors, with slot 1 being the jersey color, and the 2 and 3 seemingly being the next most used colors. Then, I go back and do the same thing, but starting on the "Away Uniform" rather than home. This will lock the away uniform into slot 1 copying to slots 2 and 3, but makes the Alternate slots 1-3 all team colors.

Unfortunately, this typically (but not always, but I haven't learned why) makes all the custom logos from the away/alt (whichever is changed) appear instead of the home uniform logos. This is very easily fixed by just going back into the design uniform tab (the proper logos will load) and going to "complete" and "keep changes and exit" without rushing through, but this does mean that slot 1 will have to copy to to slots 2 and 3 for both the home and the alt. So, for example, for my Sonics set; my away jersey is green, but I changed it to yellow, did all this, locked it to yellow, and then changed my jersey to green; so I have a green jersey, and Accessories 1-3 are yellow, 4 is black, and 5 is white. I did the inverse for my alt, so the jersey is yellow, accessories 1-3 are green, and then 4 and 5 are blue, because the alt is messed up, and there's nothing you can really do about that.

So that's away and alt. For home, you're out of luck. Accessories 1-3 will all be whatever the first option of the uniform you're starting with. If you do an expansion team, that means blue. For NBA teams though, every team is different. So, for an expansion team, I start by downloading the uploaded default uniform of a present or historical NBA that has the colors in the 1st, 4th, and 5th slots that I want and go from there. For the Sonics, for example, I've done Celtics (if I want a brighter green) or Jazz (for a little darker green). When I did the Hawai'i team in this thread, I think I used the Mavericks (because they have Navy blue in the first slot and green in the fifth that worked really well).

For rebrands, it's tougher. Because if you want to keep the same home arena, you're going to be stuck with 1st color that team already uses, or the colors on a throwback. For some teams, this works. I kept the same basic color scheme on the Kings, Magic, Knicks, and Raptors. I can't remember if I used a throwback or the current for the Mavericks. I moved the Clippers to San Diego, so new building, so I didn't have to worry about it for them. For the others (Pelicans, Thunder, and Jazz), I did them earlier in the year. I got lucky, because earlier in the year if you rebranded a team, the accessory slots on the home all defaulted to white instead the current colors they default too. So, I didn't have issues changing their colors, they just always have white accessories on the home uniforms now.

One other thing I'm not sure people know; if you're going to download a rebrand for an existing NBA team, if you go into "design uniform" and "keep changes and exit" before you download a uniform set, it'll actually let you download home, away, and alternate while also letting you keep the team's existing statement uniform.

So if I wanted to “rebrand” the hawks would it be possible for me to just change their colors and keep everything else the same? So basically just edit existing uniforms? Something tells me probably not.

If I were to download someone’s set that already has the accessory glitched fixed in theirs would I have to do anything?

You absolutely can. Your accessory colors on the home would be the same shade of red they already use, white, and a dirty white. Unless you download the 85-86 Hawks first (go to design uniform and keep changes and exit before downloaded to keep the current statement in addition to what you want to do for your alternate), in which case it'll be that shade of red, black, and that dirty white. If you use the throwback, I believe it'll replace those throwbacks in the uniform option and you'd even still have the current uniforms, but I'm not 100% sure on that. But for the Hawks, as long as you work straight from the existing Hawks or download an uploaded version of the existing Hawks, you'll still the big Hawks logo in the arena too.

But yeah, for the Raptors and Magic sets I'm using in my MyLeague, they still use the same logo, courts, and arena. I just changed the uniform. And for the Kings, Thunder, Pelicans, Knicks, Mavericks, and Jazz I changed everything but the arena (I changed the courts, but didn't touch the arenas).
