Today's update allows you to choose the accessory color for created/rebranded teams inside the uniform editor.

Oh my god, that's incredible. I legit never thought they'd do it.

Now I think it's fair to applaud 2k for actually doing this.

However...

You can choose one accessory color per uniform. Which isn't what we'd fully want, but a step in the right direction. A solid B- if you will.

I've been wanting to spend some more time on creating teams and uniforms, but I have been facing a mental block.... do I just want to rebrand current teams or create completely new organizations. I have 5 teams uploaded under smurf922 right now that I have done

Lakers rebrand set is glitching again like 2K19 after patch 1.11. Despite having 3 different uniforms saved, it continuously saves my Sunday Alternate as my road and alternate. Therefore, I have two light uniforms and no purple road uniform.

Yeah, but since it's super easy to change to whatever you want, it's close enough for me.

Now I think it's fair to applaud 2k for actually doing this.

I've had this glitch all season. It has something to do with the Lakers white uniforms, while labeled as their Statement uniforms, being used most often at home.

It's really annoying.

So I did some image work today (figured out how to remove and make transparent png for the logos, kind of went to town). Made two different sets based off of the Erie, PA minor league baseball team. The SeaWolves are the team, but each season now they rebrand as the Erie Pinatas for a few games, some Hispanic Heritage thing MiLB does. So I ran with both teams separately.

Can you not make the Sunday alt the "home" the purple the "road" and yellow the "alternate"?

You can make the Home uniform whatever you want and it'll save just fine. The problem arises between the Road and the Alternate. Regardless of your design on the Road, it gets overwritten by the Alternate, therefore giving you a duplicate set for both the Road and Alternate.

Does anyone understand how they layering with jersey designs and the side and bottom stripes work? I'm doing a uniform, and the pattern is going over the stripes, but I have another uniform using the same pattern and stripes and stripe is layering on top of the pattern. Created a design last night, tried to upload and it told me it couldn't due to offensive language.....

do they usually look at the team name, nickname, what to find that? Because the team was the Titusville Rockets, real city, real team name, nothing offensive...

There are certain words that are inclued in 2k's (or Sony'/Microsoft) definition of "offensive language."

For a while the name Dickerson wasn't able to be used. For some reason the name "Conner" isn't able to be used. "Cassius" is another one. With Cassius it's the 2nd through fourth letters, there's no room for a gray area. For college basketball recreators, "Shockers" is deemed offensive too, as is "Mustangs".

Unfortunately the first three letter of Titusville are what give you trouble. It's annoying and because of a few people that won't grow up, we're in this scenario.
