Created a design last night, tried to upload and it told me it couldn't due to offensive language.....

do they usually look at the team name, nickname, what to find that? Because the team was the Titusville Rockets, real city, real team name, nothing offensive...

It's the first three letters.

I had the same issue with "Condors" and "Colonels"; both are ABA team names, but they trigger it.

Can you not make the Sunday alt the "home" the purple the "road" and yellow the "alternate"?

Did some looking at this again and it's because the Lakers' Icon uniform is locked. The Icon (Away uniform) is the yellow one.

When you rebrand the Lakers you get an Association (Home) uniform and two statements (alternates) The statements will be the same, and in the jersey selection screen, one (your alternate) shows up out of order before the Association, and the other (you away) after the Icon.

Today's update allows you to choose the accessory color for created/rebranded teams inside the uniform editor.

Are we able to edit sock color too or am I still stuck with black socks on the road?

When you pick an accessory color it takes the color and it applies it to the first three slots for:
Headband
Arm Sleeve Color
Leg Sleeve Color
Sock Color

No. Still white at home, black on the road.

It says you can change sock color, but you can't. On custom uniforms, no matter what color you have selected, you'll wear white socks at home, and black on the road.

Well that's annoying. Don't know why it's so hard for them to allow us to edit sock colors. Seems super basic...

Disappointed with their "fix" You are only allowed the accessory color you choose for that jersey. Your only other option will be the default red or blue no matter what. So you're stuck with 1 accessory color per jersey unless you go in and change that color in jersey editor every time.

Socks are also still an issue.

You can easily switch the red/blue by downloading a uniform that has something else in those spots and making the uniform on top of that. The fix isn't perfect, but changing an accessory color is now FAR easier than it's been on any other 2k.

Hmm I did that. I downloaded a Vegas team colors black, gold, and dark red. And then edited the uniforms, and the red/blue are still there.

Others have commented on this issue, but Ill add, in case you dont know, that if youre offline the game doesnt check. So even though youd have to ‘sanitize’ the name when uploading (maybe “T-eye-tusville” or “T[[i]]tusville”?), Im pretty sure you or anyone who downloads could turn off their web connection, fix the name, then turn the internet back on. It works with player/staff names at least (no more Tilman Feritta!).
