Slip about what they think about MyLeague players?

Players are not going to notice much difference b/c the modes haven't changed except for MyLeague being reworked from the ground up which isn't played.

How does MyLeague even start this year? Do you start out with the draft and then FA before starting a new season? Do they have the rights to the rookies even?

Granted, they actually did too much to mygm last year and killed the mode for many people.

I still have no idea what they were thinking. MyGM was revolutionary when I first played 2k14 next-gen. And they did a great job improving it the next couple years. But between the forced storyline in 18, and the redesign in 20, they completely killed what I found to be the most engaging “franchise” mode in the major sport games.

Anyway, not surprised there’s no improvements to the current-gen 2k. It’s my expectation that the next-gen version will see some features overhauled. Much like next-gen 2k14. Anything less than significant new modes, and I’ll pass on the next-gen version. As it is, I’m not really keen on getting a new system this year, unlike the past two console generation launches.

I’d get the next gen if they ported to PC but that’s not likely so I’ll probably be waiting tell next year or maybe I’ll buy it when it’s crazy cheap over holidays or early next year just to mess around with it. I have a feeling it’s not going to sell crazy and they will put a deal on it early. Shrug , such is the life we live in 2020.

Also to above comment, no they don’t have the rights to the rookies, not until after the draft so game will be pretty incomplete until probably December

They haven't chimed in for quite a long while. Developer interaction with the community is over. Especially when there is nothing to interact about.

Look, it's clear that nothing was done to the modes on current gen.

Tbh I'll be happy if the only change is removing the "left part" and "right part" hairstyles, so 75% of draftees aren't generated with them.

Well last time they did this (2k12) you Were Not able to invite opponents until they finally fixed it in January.

I'm hoping they fix the start in the off-season bugs. Player ratings dropping, duplicate rookies in draft class, rookies going unsigned and waiting ridiculous salaries.

I love my league and hope they toss us a bone. Lord knows if there was a bug regarding vc it would be all hands on deck! 0

Not saying they shouldn't fix this stuff but we can band-aid some of those issues ourselves now with the new sliders.
