I've been experiencing this [emoji90] since the October patch Xbox One S, 2k support tickets do NOTHING, all of my tickets consisted of the same generic response:
"Good news! The development team has now been notified of your issue and are currently working toward a solution. However, I have no visibility on their progress here in customer support, or on a timeline for a fix to be implemented.
As soon as that information becomes available, you will be the first to know - I also suggest that you keep an eye on our @2K, @NBA2K and @2KSupport Twitter pages for any updates.
Rest assured that your issue will be handled regardless of the status of this ticket, as your case has been properly documented. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. It's been my pleasure to be of assistance, have a great week, and stay safe.". . .
Visit any of the 3 2K links sent by 2K support you'll find absolutely NOTHING, NO bug related discussions or fixes hell, 2K DON'T respond to legit concerns on their Twitter so that was it for me, I definitely won't hit'em up again. . .
For some reason I DON'T have this issue on PC or my son's series X but Xbox One S I do, when I first noticed I also checked the manifest and practically ever folder and file [emoji848]
