THIS IS A ****ING SHAME AND EVERYONE (2K DEVS) GONNA SIT HERE AND NOT DO ANYTHING LIKE NOTHING IS WRONG NAAAA F U 2K AND ALL THE DEVS. FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE AS CHANGING THE DIFFICULTY AND MIN PER QUARTER SMFH

There has to be a reason this was taken out, right? I just wish we could get some clarification there. It’s just the most mind boggling omission otherwise. At this point most of the folks I used to play this mode with have stopped playing altogether because it was our major group gaming mode across every multiplayer title we all owned.

Haha I'll post about this next week on the front page since it is wild it never got added back in. I do think once in a while stuff gets lost in a transition change and they don't even realize.

During one gen change, I dunno if y'all remember but they changed how player names show up online. You used to have an option to have the "player name" show under the guy when he got the ball, but then you could only do your gamertag on the next console generation and they never added it back in for whatever reason. It's a smaller thing than this, but it made identifying who had the ball on some random teams harder unless you knew the NBA inside and out at all times.

Thanks for posting an article about this issue. Unfortunately, it brought back the feelings of frustration and disappointment.

I can't see how the developers can ignore this any longer. It would be nice for them to acknowledge this mistake.

I haven't played 2K like I use to this year, but this is my favorite mode (TeamUp 5v5) I played 24/7 after my rosters were out. Every single 2K since 2K8. It sucks to see that it is broken now.

I have been back and forth with support for three months on getting team up to work. They had me make videos showing the lack of functionality and claimed the developers have been made aware of the problem but nothing has gotten fixed. The full 5 on 5 teamup framework is clearly there but they won't make the code available to set it up or choose difficulty level and quarter length. It should be an easy fix that are clearly neglecting, imo to drive my career participation

Yeah, again, I just don't buy that considering it works on other consoles and it's a small percentage of people anyway. I mean I get why peeps would go to that theory, but I think this is just one of those slips through the cracks things.

Typical generic 2K responses to every ticket, they DON'T resolve anything but quick to flag tickets "solved", forget creating a ticket stating your issue was NOT solved, they'll shut that ticket down immediately as "solved" when NOTHING has been solved whatsoever while directing you to there Twitter where they DON'T address any concerns at all either [emoji848]

So support is lying and they haven't made the developers aware?

The developers forgot to add it to their check list for the next patch?

How do we get it to not slip through the cracks?
