The City/MyCAREER/Pro-Am/Rec

Continued stability and performance improvements have been to enhance the overall experience.
Resolved an issue with some Kendrick Perkins videos being unavailable to view, preventing the related quests from being completed.
Addressed an issue with The Game music quest line that could prevent it from being completed.
Fixed an issue with certain dev coach quests in the NBA not starting, and related stats not being tracked correctly.
Quests related to personal brand levels will now track properly before reaching the NBA.
Made improvements to the draft stock system in MyCAREER to better reflect your status.
Resolved a hang that could occur when changing badge loadout during shootarounds in the City.
Addressed an issue where some players would briefly appear invisible when riding vehicles in the City.
Fixed a reported issue with invites after finishing a Pro-Am game as a squad.
General
Various improvements to user interface elements in all modes to enhance the overall experience.
Resolved a rare disconnect issue in Play With Friends W Online games.

I hope they Continue to update player likeness as it makes the game to me feel more real so I'm all for updating all player likenesses and getting rid of all the generic players

A lot of times it could be something as simple as changing hairstyles, updating or adding new tattoos, and updated accessories.

Is 2k trolling? Of all the WNBA players they listed that received new scans only Sabrina Ionescu, Lexie Brown, and McCowan got new scans. Emma Cannon, Aaliyah Wilson, Arella Guirantes and Ndour are all still generic faces. How can you list new scans for those players when only half of those scans are in the game?

I paid $70 for this game yes I want players to look like their real life counterpart when possible. Especially given the graphics power of current gen consoles.

Sometimes when they announce new likenesses in a patch, they don't actually take effect until the next roster update (usually very soon thereafter; next day at the latest). In other words, the patch includes the actual facescan data, then a roster update assigns the face to the player in the official roster. For most NBA players with generic faces, 2k assigned a unique face ID number anyway this year so that once they install the facescan data, it should automatically be assigned (if I'm understanding correctly), but maybe those four WNBA players were oversights.

Not making excuses, and I always thought it was dumb of them to advertise new facescans in a patch that don't actually appear once you've downloaded the patch, but just offering an explanation. You will likely see the facescans very soon, and for good measure you may want to tweet at Mike Stauffer just to make sure they won't overlook assigning those facescans in the next roster update.

What about G league players showing up in myNBA whatever it's called now. Dudes rated in the 90s I just turn it off as a workaround but still. Don't care about headbands...
