Yeah, i noticed that too J, with some other things also. I will try to pass those info to the Dev team on monday.

Can you pass on thar the 86 Bulls should not have the NBA logo on the jerseys and also that the 88 All Star Challenge Jordan should have the black, cement and red Jordan 3s.

I don’t know if any developer will read this ,but I will give it a try :
Team Colors for classic teams ( road ) one thing I’ve noticed is that once you edit something the team socks will be automatically black on the road ,also the classic team’s backboard will change to a regular team (with nba league pass )
This is really annoying for classic teams ,I hope the devs can fix that .

But in real life, Sellers can be seen wearing #2 as he’s the first person to hug Jordan after “The Shot”

Probably won't play the mode much not going to lie I only like Myleague. That said I highly doubt 2k would put out another trash game and have Jordan on the cover. He wouldn't allow it and 2k knows they can't because his fanbase would go hard at them. The Jordan cover games have been the ones they put a ton of effort in for the overall gameplay.



Seems like any time the greats were on the cover 2k felt the need to put an effort in. Kobe's was a really good one and Lebron's cover game too.

Yeah, Brad Sellers was number 6 for the Bulls in 1986-1987 and 1987-88, but he changed his number and was n.2 for the 1988-1989 season.

#6 is going up in the rafters soon too so they need to change that ASAP lol

Why would they change something from the 80’s and 90’s? in regards to #6?

It only applies moving forward and btw if you currently wear #6 in the Association you are grandfathered in once they retire it league wide.

Just like Mariano Rivera wore 42 till he retired. He was grandfathered in after the league wide retirement of Jackie’s numbers.

The most intriguing Challenge games that I'm very interested in is the 84 Olympics scrimmage and the88 All Star game. Hopefully it means we will get some new player models of some great legends that otherwise aren't in the game. Such as a younger version of Karl Malone, Hakeem when he was Akeem, young Charles Barkley, a younger Dominique Wilkins, a young Ewing. In fact this game should have multiple player models for multiple legends. We should get college age Jordan, Ewing, and Worthy, as well. Also hoping for All Star specific accessories for the 88 All Star game like the sweat bands with All Star logos and the larger NBA logos for the socks which was blue for the East and Red for the West. Also the players should have each of their individual accurate team warmup jackets when sitting on the bench. Would do a lot for accuracy and immersion, which they are striving for.

Another thing I hope is addressed is for the Utah Finals teams, Hornacek and Stockton should both have short shorts. I really hope they do not have them in baggy shorts. The only footage we have seen from either the 97 or 98 Finals Challenge games appeared to be cutscenes, which the lighting and colors for the Jazz court looked fantastic and accurate, but it looked like Hornacek had baggy shorts. I hope that lighting and accurate court coloring is present during actual game play and I hope that they correct the inaccuracies in player models for the cutscence and gameplay.

Spotting a bald, rec-specs wearing version of Moses Malone on the Atlanta Hawks is a good sign. I'm pretty sure 2K's only had the prime Moses Malone model for years but I stand to be corrected. Hopefully he's not the only player to get the era-specific treatment.

Even if they don't provide era filter and gameplay options outside of the Jordan Challenge this year, my hope would be that they could build off these options this time around and maybe work toward full game inclusion in the future. Also speaking of Era specific treatment, I realized that the 89 Playoffs THE Shot Challenge vs the Cavaliers means we get prime Cavaliers Ron Harper, and I really hope his player model looks like young Ron Harper not the Bulls Harper. The 96-98 Harper player model looks fantastic and accurate to that time, but would not work for a 1989 prime Ron Harper. After looking at the cut scene from the 89 playoffs Challenge, it looks like the Ron Harper player model is still the same 96-98 Bulls player model with bald head and beard which is inaccurate to his 89 appearance where he had hair and just a goatee. Hope this gets fixed. Also after looking at some freeze frames from the trailer, I noticed James Worthy wearing the correct number 52 for the Carolina Tarheels and no goggles which is encouraging. Noticed that 1989 Horace Grant may also be correct with no goggles as well. They seem to have made some strides in accuracy and authenticity with attention to detail. Hopefully they can perfect it for release or patch in updates, because it really sells the immersion of these specific games. Noticed a lot of 90s sneakers as well and very few generics which is also fantastic.
