This seems to have come up a lot in this thread and I hope it gets answered/addressed prior to release.

For example, being a fan of the '82 UNC squad (created them in my Completed Classic Teams roster for 2K13), I'm gonna first do the 1982 NCAA Championship challenge....but do I have to repeatedly play that challenge to use those two teams or can I use them in exhibition games (and with the filter)?

Also, when I edit accessories and shoes for players, will those edits be applied in the Jordan Challenges? For instance, when I edit MJ's shoes (red laces for '86 playoff Jordan, shinier overlay for '96 Jordan, etc), will he have those changes in the challenges?

I'm pretty sure you could edit them for the Jordan Challenge in 2k11 so it would be pretty disappointing if it was not possible in 2k23. Also I would add that since the 88 All Star game is in the Challenge, I wonder if we get those specific black Jordan 3s and the red knee pad. Also be interesting to see how many of the Eastern and Western Conference All Stars they will have, Barkley was on that East team with Jordan for example.

Yep, ever since 2K13 when the best option for the Jordan XI overlay wasn't Patent Leather but actually Metal. In 2K22, it's not Metal but instead Shiny Plastic.

I'll make 2 rosters: one for the season (ex: classic Bulls teams wear white shoes) and one for the playoffs (classic Bulls teams except '86 in black shoes). I edit every shoe Jordan wore for that respective year because I noticed all are off in one way or another (the closest shoe to being correct in 2K22 is the Fire Red IV). Jordan wore Dunk Sole's in the '86 playoffs so I just make the laces red on the Air Jordan I. I'm a sneakerhead and gotta have the Jordan's on point.

I hope once and for all they can change the default black forearm band to a black elbow band. Jordan only wore it on the forearm when he came back as #45 in 1995 for a few games, and then later for a few games in the 1995-96 season. But most of the time it was on the elbow.

Not going to hold you, I hope when we win or defeat the Challenge for the All Star game, we are able to not only use the team in exhibition, but we would also have the uniforms as a throwback for the All Star Game...

I am this same way. I am all about authenticity. Especially since they are recreating specific games and putting so much effort into immersion, but getting something so small and easily fixable wrong as, having black shoelaces for the Jordan 1 in the 86 vs Boston Challenge instead of the correct red laces. Also hope they have the correct black All Star Jordan 3s for the 88 All Star Challenge.

Does this mean we will be able to edit the player models accessories for the teams in the Jordan Challenge and have those edits show up in the Jordan Challenge mode itself? I truly hope that ends up being the case.

Era-specific presentation filters and gameplay modifications to represent 80-90's NBA makes this a Day 1 purchase for me. If we can carry these elements into MyNBA, that would be epic.

That trailer only made me think of one person, MessenjahMatt!! BIG shoutout to him, because I always think about what he did and how it eventually led us to this.

The same thing came to mind. I remember being hype when 2K11 came out and I waited for him to post videos. Hopefully he'll be able do a little something with this year's game!

I read a GameSpot article that the mode would feature Mike Fratello on commentary. Was this mentioned anywhere else? Would he maybe be paired up with Marv Albert seeing that he was in the trailer? ��
