I haven't made an updated list in a while, but with a new Season update likely on 2/20 here is my updated list of missing shoes in the game. This is for newer shoe models only, not retros. To be fair, 2K has done a much better job of adding models this season. Obviously, they still lack in adding colorways.

Nike:
Cosmic Unity 2, Ja 1 (not on sale but he's been wearing them so maybe we get lucky)

Jordan:
Jordan 37 Low, Jordan One Take 4, Tatum 1, Why Not .6 (Has only been worn once by Russ but it's on sale in some locations)

Adidas:
Adizero Rose 1.5, Adizero Rose 1.5 Low

New Balance:
Fresh Foam BB, Kawhi III

Li-Ning:
CJ2, JB1, Way of Wade 10, Way of Wade All-City 10, Way of Wade All-City 10 V1, Way of Wade All-City 10 V2, Yushuai 16 V2, Speed 9, Power 9

Under Armour:
Curry 1 Low Flotro, Curry 4 Flotro, Curry HOVR Splash 2

Anta:
Shock the Game 6, Z-Up 1, Badao 2.0, Frenzy 3

Peak:
TaiChi Attitude 2, AW1

They're in the game files, seeing as they appear in the EYEUC roster editor. Just unsure of why 2K hasn't officially released them, though.

I don't think Caruso has worn these because he's been with Anta most of the season, but I do think he might be a shoe free agent now. I checked Kixstats to see what he's been wearing lately and he's been wearing Kobe's for the past few weeks.

I would think that 2K would assign Dinwiddie with a pair of 361 Degrees like they did with Aaron Gordon. Hopefully, 361 can have its own shoe edit section next season.

You're right when it comes to Caruso had to recheck it was the Anta Shock The Game 6. I can't wait for Season 5 to see what shoes we get.

Nice! I am a little bummed out because I just played the Grizzlies in MyLeague and missed out on assigning him his shoes. I ended up putting the Kobe 4 Devin Booker PE's on him because of the color.

Nice! I am a little bummed out because I just played the Grizzlies in MyLeague and missed out on assigning him his shoes. I ended up putting the Kobe 4 Devin Booker PE's on him because of the color.

I was just editing accessories before a MyLeague game with them too and found them. Was also using those as they looked the most like his shoe.

Just to keep track for those of us still on last-gen/PC, these 3 new shoes are all there too. Maybe the ones from last month get fixed in the next patch or something.

New Balance is always on top of adding their latest shoes to 2K. Puma is also right there with them.
