They probably forgot about PC already lol.



On the other hand, there's a possibility that, if you're like me who uses the graphics mods, it could be a bug within the mods that messed it up (which is what happened with the last time there was a shoe update).

Although I've never encountered this issue on PC using mods good looking out. . .

Happened during the shoe update before this new one that everyone else already has but us lol. It's one of the shoe.iff bugs that help you edit the PG6's color blocking, but that got fixed, so the sync.bin file got updated.

With this patch, the new shoes actually show up in the Eyeuc NBA2K Tools, but there must be an issue with a mod. Only way we can really tell is if there's someone who plays on PC without mods and can confirm that they have the new kicks, then it'd be easier to pinpoint which mods are messing things up.

TBH, it's moments like this where it sucks to be a PC player. You buy the game, but 2K probably knows there's a bunch of legit cheaters on the platform, so they probably knocked it way down the priority list. Can't really blame 'em, though.

I was hoping with Kevin Durant being the featured player for Season 8 that they would add the KD16. I was hoping for this mostly so that it'd be in 2K24 at launch.

I only took a quick glance yesterday, so far nothing. Maybe there’ll be another patch but I think it’s over for this season. Hope I’m wrong.

What’s everybody’s prediction for 2k24 release day sneaker additions.

I’m thinking:

Zoom freak 5’s
KD 16’s
some random Anta shoes
New stephs
A couple of random Puma’s
Jordan 38’s

For some reason I don’t think we’re going to see the lebron nxxt’s.

I’m also not expecting the shoe editor creator to see any updates

That shoe Editor needs a RE RE OVERHAUL! It’s been what? 5-6 yrs untouched? All they had to to was stop being lazy and put in different new patterns a year like say 6 a year to keep it fresh.

I’m still dreaming of a way to upload patterns or layers in the editor. I also dream of the creator breaking down various parts of existing shoes and letting us mix and match to make our own. I don’t even think we can make something similar to the 2k generics lol. We still have the unnecessary mid-foot notch and blocky parts from ps2/3 lol.

Maybe someday.

I'd like to think that maybe with Kyrie being a former 2K cover athlete he could use his new position with Anta to get more of their shoes included in the game. Part of his new role with Anta is to try to recruit players to sign with them and bring more awareness to the brand in America. What better way than getting more of their shoes in 2K?
