Is there still a Smart Play option? Sometimes I don’t want to call a specific play for a specific player, I just want any random play to to initiate some movement.

Is it possible on Next Gen to play a regular quick play with 5+ friends this year? 2k21 we were able to do 3v3 with current or classic teams, then 2k22 the max was 4 people in a lobby I think, along with the unchangeable difficulty and quarter length. Any chance if anyone knows if 5 or more players possible again?Comment

How is the mynba mode?
1. How's the player progression?
- any gleague bug?
-does the g league get activated the proper year when playing in the eras?

2. How's the off season?
-is the draft and scouting the sames as its been for 8-10years?
-do teams sign 2nd round picks
- are multiple Allstars level players not signed after FA period in future seasons?
-is there still no commentary for summer leage?

I don’t think so but you can mess with the freelance settings..
I’ll go into some games like, boom, I’m going with 5 freelances for the game. And just rotate between them for player actions. Really gets the game moving on my end.

These will have an update. Take a look at the current NBA teams announcements of uniforms. The game cannot show the uniforms before the official teams do.Comment

City uniforms are coming later in November. Remember, the game has to wait until the unveiling of all from the Nike/NBA merger every year. You wont have previous City Uniforms previous years, its a Nike thing most likely... its not an oversight.Comment

Complete noob to the series and basketball games in general (haven't played really since SNES NBA Live and maybe Live in the PS3 era). I'm just looking for as simple a controller setup as possible with graphical options to make it look as much like a broadcast on TV...clean screen and pretty is my goal. Playing on Series X. Any help or suggestions would be great!
Some more targeted ones:
1. Can I play with the classic players/teams in exhibition games or only in a season or franchise mode? This and the Jordan Challenge sold me.
2. Can you use the new filters/stat overlays in exhibition?
3. Are there international or minor league teams available in the game?
4. How big a deal are sliders in this series. They really improve FIFA from out of the box, while Madden and NHL are more hit or miss (most are targeted towards a specific stick skill level I feel). If they improve the realism and playability, who offers the most approachable ones?
Really I just want to hop on, zone out, and relieve the NBA of old in a realistic sim-ish manner, and listen to a podcast...any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be. - Douglas Adams

2. Filters only available by using method above and only on eras games.
3. No international teams, yes to minor league teams (called G League)
4. Game plays great out of the box, but sliders are way more effective than they are in Madden.
