I wish Custom would be defaulted at all 50s(except player movement) instead of 0. I would like to start at 50 and tweak from there as I play. But when setting each at 50 from 0 as it is now wonky things happen.

I normally like to play HOF, but I personally don’t find it realistic. Superstar is ideal for me.

Well I just beat the 80s era Mavs as the Lakers on Superstar 102-66 so I think I will give HOF a go.

Say I set the difficulty to HOF then adjust every slider so both user/cpu are on 50.
          Difficulty will say custom.
What if I do the same thing only this time the difficulty is on rookie.

          Would there be any difference?
Yes. Changing sliders (thus changing difficulty to Custom) DOES maintain whatever difficulty level you had set before the changes. I'm still unsure of what the exact differences are in-game between each difficulty level, aside from the size of the Green "zone" on the shot meter (lower difficulty = bigger zone = easier greens). In the past we've been told that only HOF makes full use of the ACE system, but no details otherwise.

I can also confirm that loading slider settings overrides whatever difficulty you currently have the game set to, and instead utilizes whatever difficulty the sliders were created off of. For example, my current sliders were made on Superstar difficulty; If I go into practice mode to shoot around, set the difficulty to Rookie, and then load my Superstar-difficulty sliders the game is no longer on Rookie difficulty (immediately obvious by the size of the Green zone on the shot meter) and instead it is now on Superstar difficulty.

Doesn’t mean I can’t play with some efficiency just not as quick as somebody with perfect dexterity. Maybe I’ll try higher difficulty for better realism and then just tweak some sliders. Thanks for the reply’s. Again no offence to your post I found it funny and actually laughed out loud. [emoji846]

Lol I laughed too cause I have ceberal palsy which effects my fine motor skills for my right hand. Button shooting. Basic crossover, random flicking right stick is about the best I can do there lol. To answer the OP. I am playing on Pro with inside and close shot success lowered to 35 and 37. Lots of othee changes but Pro is definitely hard enough for me with slider adjustments.
