Even worse, it's from right after he lost to the Mavs. The Heat won the 2012 title over the Thunder.

No its from The Decision, 1st season is gonna be 2010-2011. So you actually replay all the Heatles Era.

Basically, quests will be optional so there won't be no forced quests before you play games in your career. I think that's what they're referring to

Calling the 2010’s the LeBron era when Steph won the same amount of rings (mostly against LeBron) and literally singlehandedly redefined how the game is played, turning it into a 3 point shootout, is wild.

Sure, you don’t have the team hop drama element story line, but the missed opportunity for them showing you how the game evolved each year in that era due to Steph revolutionizing the game is huge. It could make for extremely interesting gameplay starting from the super slow 2010 pace and highlighting how by 2019 it was all run and gun 3 point HORSE style, due to Steph.

But that would require lots of coding and work for them, I imagine. Easier to just make it about “what team will bron jump to next, control whether he stays in Miami or joins a young superstar kyrie in Cleveland! Does he finish his career on the Cavs or will he join the lakers later in the decade!”

It should be the LeBron and Steph era at least.
