I will say this... If you are an oldhead like myself that plays older Eras, this is NOT the same as before at all.

Soo many little things added to the older generation its awesome. The Modern Era Imma let you all do your thing

Is the jordan era a lot better than it was in 2k23 or is it the same?

Question for anyone playing My Eras: Are the PA Announcers really working in this mode?

With the Sixers, the PA saying: ALLEEEEEEEEN IIIIIIIIIIIIVERSON is very characteristic! On 2K23, this only happened by playing with the legendary 2001 team in exhibition or by putting Iverson to play in 2023, on the current team.

Is it really working on My Eras now? Can you confirm?

I can only confirm what I heard in the 80s.. that offbrand announcer, at least for teams like the Lakers is NOT there. Lakers I believe have their guy, the Knicks in the 80s dont Yet but it could change when PatrickEwing gets drafted.


I gotta play with more teams to confirm and older but right now I will say that they sprinkled in them some PA announcers for the older eras.

Not ALL at one point, but some. I played the lakers against hawks and I heard after a shot "Kareem abdul jabbar! For twooo"

Went online and say the lakers announcer do it for the promo of 2k22.

I'm playing my G League games as the Long Island Nets and I never noticed the arenas for the G league being so unique. The Westchester knicks arena looks like it's inside a hangar or a high school gym.

Sorry for such an obvious question, can you play your gleague games during your modern mynba season? Do you have full control over their rosters and stuff ?

G League games have been FULLY playable since 2K21, and no you have no control over their rosters unfortunately unless its sending down or bringing up a player attached to your NBA team

I simmed four seasons starting in Magic/Bird era. All left as default, 12 minutes quarter. The stats were incredibly good, i mean, really really super good.

Magic was MVP for 3 years, and for 3 years was also the Finals MVP.

At the start of the 4th season (the reason why i simmed, casue in 23 there were a lot of unsigned FA at the start of the season) Magic (ovr 91) and Clyde Drexler (ovr 90) were both free agents, nobody signed them

Hope to find a way to fix this FA problems....cause the stats seems incredible this year

I've found that increasing the "Player Non-Financial Ambitions Factor" in the Contracts Sliders page during setup can alleviate this; not just in Bird era but all eras including modern. Yes, you'll have 80ovr guys (or sometimes 85!) sign for ridiculously low sums, even the league minimum, but that has happened in real life more than a few times! AND your problem is fixed.

G League games have been FULLY playable since 2K21, and no you have no control over their rosters unfortunately unless its sending down or bringing up a player attached to your NBA team

Makes sense while I own every 2K , I was still playing my franchise in 2k20 all this time. I would just do play now in 21 through 23.

I was able to sign Anthony Davis in free agency in 2k20 so I had to see it through (5 seasons)

The only caveat to the G League thing is that you can adjust your lineups for every G League game that you do play, which is a fun way to get some in game action with your low rated/high potential rookies.


As the Nets I just send Dariq Whitehead and Noah Clowney down along with 3 Two-way signees and feel out playing with them. You know to see if you want to even spend the years to develop them.

I haven't seen it explicitly stated anywhere, but reading the information about the LeBron MyEra am I right in assuming you start in the year 2010?

Yes, that's correct. It's at the start of the 10-11 season.

Did they add ANY of the missing courts/jerseys? I know it's too much to ask to add every single one of them. But at least solving this annoying bug of updating only logos, or only jerseys while the other stuff remains with the old design (example, the 96/97 Pistons or 95/96 Hawks).

The worst example of this "missing elements" stuff is the Jazz. They literally skip more than 20 years of jersey designs. They jump from the 05 all blue design to the present day black and yellow. And the court is even worse. Last historic change before the present day happens in like 2001, still with the purple/light blue Stockton/Malone design...

I know we're all very creative in making these jerseys/courts, but come on. Created jerseys don't even have texture and our images get compressed the hell out of when uploaded, nevermind if they're 3000x3000. Even if they skipped some very small changes that only hardcore fans know about (like the rookie AI Sixers jersey for instance) which I totally accept, they could at least make the jersey changes match the courts/logos...

May need top look out for some of the other posts on here my g. Im a jersey head myself so I been posting a lot on this.

They HAVE added like 15 jerseys to the GAME. Some of them aren't showing in MyNBA though. The Jazz jerseys in the mid 2010s are IN the game and MyEra, confirmed by a trailer and also LeBron Era. Rookie AI jerseys are IN the game, just not programmed in the time they are supposed to. Baron Davis Era jerseys? Late 90s Warriors? Bobcats last jerseys before Charlotte? IN the GAME.

Sleeved jerseys are in the game, All Star jerseys are in the game AND programmed to pop up in the respective era. So you can see the 1992 All Star jerseys when you are supposed to.

Courts? They have added the Jazz ones from my knowledge and a few in LeBron era. Still have to see.

So there's already been a roster update that adds Kevin Knox to the Blazers and waives Cam Payne from the Spurs, but Wemby's rookie contract is still 3+2...

Perfect dude! I understand how much work it must take to rebuild the uniforms for My Eras, so make a decent tool for us to add! They never did that!

If the problem is filling 2K's servers with user textures, leave the HD size textures stored ON PLAYERS' CONSOLES, I wouldn't have a problem with that.

Pro Evolution Soccer has done this forever and it works great!

Anybody else having trouble with mynba online settings not saving? Got a online league with 4 other friends but everytime I change difficulty, it reverts back to superstar.

One thing that's irritating is the mynba dev team is the only mode they quiet about
I see them talking about my team,the park,ect .
But MyNBA gets the take it or leave it approach with a short blog
On Twitter they're engaging with the fans and asking them questions what they want to add or fixed in those older modes
