Got blown out by the clippers. Very difficult to deal with Kawhi just attacking every chance he gets. 43 shots in 49 mins. You all can imagine the game I had. Love the aggressiveness lol, but this was just ridiculous.

I’m hoping this is just a rotation issue. Have to agree with everyone that’s saying the game is unplayable right now, at least offline. Just not going to play for now unless it’s online runs. I wish developers would spend more time with their games. Ridiculous that this is issue on a tested/released product

I changed teams in the beginning btw and changed ace subs to rotation subs for both teams.

I may have a work around guys!!! I just played a MyNBA from Steph curry era and I switched over to cpu team. You need to go into the coach setting and change subs to rotation (I am almost certain I also changed player minutes to manual. If that doesn’t work then put back to auto). Then go to coach sliders and change bench depth to 12 (or more). bench utilization to 100 and lineup performance factor to 0. I played a great game and no one played over 38 min. They played a total of 10 players. I will play a few more games tomorrow and hopefully it’s stable until patch comes out

This stats above are from the cpu team. I did my own manual subs for now but none the less the game I played was super fun. I lost 88-80 or something like that

There is a 400 something MB update this morning on Steam. Can't play right away, can anyone confirm did they fix it finally?

I had bad injury issues with the Pacers in MC, so I started putting a backup or two in the starting line most games. They will sub a good player in for a not so good one for some minutes.

The starters still get enough games to qualify for awards since they end up playing decent minutes off the bench.

Not ideal but at least I can play and work on leveling up.

That looks very good! Normaly I should be abe to change that in the coaching settings pre-game as well, when I run a 30 team control franchise. Then you don't even have to switch the controlling team around.

There was also another return to the main menu update this morning and that didn't fix it either

This past Sunday there was a PS5 patch that helped rotations a little bit the AI would sub some guys out but a few did play the full game.

The rotations timeline tool doesn't work at all!
This is a must for me.
I set every teams rotations in that tool to make subs strategical and realistic but in 2k25 it literally will not set.

I had 2k23 down perfect.
Skipped 2k24 due to spending so much time on a 2k23 roster. And apparently the rotations timeline tool NEVER worked and never got fixed in a patch.
So I am very concerned the same will happen with 2k25.

Cmon 2k. How do you have a key feature literally be unusable?

Last year it worked fine, you just need to set up the coaching setting accordingly because on standard settings it's not set on rotations. If you do that, the rotation works as drawn up.

This year nothing works, so I assume if they fix the rotations bug that the timeline works as well.

I was never perfectly happy with the way rotations worked in 2K24. Even when set to rotation, it didn't work with 100% accuracy. It certainly still was acceptable though.

2K25's rotation problems are a lot worse than 2K24's. I certainly hope they fix it.

Ball had 3 fls in the first quarter. They kept him in, so I just ended up simming the game. He ended up with 36 min.
