game has def changed from the 4th patch. no longer enjoying. cant even make shots with the teams (95 Magic or 98 Bulls) i rock with anymore. things like making your human controlled player slower to getting back on the defense so that the cpu offensive player gains an advantage to scoring on the break.. your control players getting animation forced stuck on a screen when youre clearly tryin to avoid it.. not worth playing at this point since doesnt seem fair or enjoyable. but hey 2k got my money already

I think you are right about the shooting not changing but now I am noticing the other team isn't scoring as much (something is keeping the games from being as competitive as they were.) Seems to me that the CPU was more aggressive and making more contested shots before the patch. I don't know EXACTLY what it was I just know with the same exact sliders I was in back and forth games and now I'm easily winning by 30+

Just its not mentioned dosnt means it hasnt been touched. from what im experiencing shooting is awful for human player since the 4th patch release. the cpu doesnt miss a beat though and this is on even out sliders, which i was players months ago and this game was heaven then.

I also don't know how to explain it but player movement seems like laggy or like they're on skates

yes, it appears players lag now, i get stuck in animatioins or the cpu players move much faster than i to get to spots and im at full energy, frustrating

If you are on Xbox I had this same problem and I didn’t download the patch as I quit out the game. The Xbox update itself I think caused the problem but I restarted and played a game and in time it resolved itself

I didn’t know you could not download a patch or that automatic update they roll out frequently

Don’t worry, next year with 2K26 everyone here will go “omgggg best 2K everrrr!! It plays so good and natural, good job devs and team! Last year was trash but this year it’s amazing! I hope they don’t screw it up!”

Just like everyone here did with 2K25 calling it the godly 2K. Convincing me to get it after I was smitten with 2K23, saying how much better it played. Only for me to invest tons of time into my rosters to find it doesn’t play better. Maybe better, maybe not, but as usual, overrated by initial players.

Nobody ever learns. Every 2K since 22 has played incredibly well at launch. They all go to trash within months. Every time. Rinse and repeat.

Oddly enough, this game is playin better again (All Star), i dont get it, is 2K sending secret update patches?? LOL
