I only buy NBA games every few years and thats if there is a notable difference, I likely won't buy a 2K game til PS5.
It literally is the same chit every year , gonna be funny seeing people that spent 1k + in 2K14 do the same next year for the exact same everything.Comment

Ehh... its whatever.
I've spent my money on better things and I've spent it on worse things. Some people spend $500 on a basketball ticket, some beer, and nachos I can watch on tv and supply myself for $10. Some people like to golf and spend $2000 on clubs and tens of thousands on country clubs when you can go to a publiic course with a bag of $50 used clubs and probably beat 90% of recreational golfers with them.
Its entertainment dollar. Entertainment dollar is usually "throwing money down the drain", if you will. Entertainment dollar spent is also usually a higher % of what you spend the more you have.
Nobody is investing in stocks here, someone is paying $500 for the entertainment of having the team of players they have the most fun with. They don't care if they are worth $0 tomorrow because they will be buying $500 worth of packs on NBA 2k15 enjoying the new entertainment.
Its perspective. On my previous vehicle, I felt like I splurged by purchasing a tahoo when i really didn't NEED it. My father said I was an idiot for buying it as he pulled out in his pickup truck with no power options. A Neighbor said he'd never have a Chevy in his driveway (as he pulled out in his Escalade.. same basic truck).Comment

This is my first time playing Myteam and if there's nothing different next edition I likely won't play. I had fun but I doubt im doing it again. If they give us Tmac AND Miller i'm all in though

10 dollars and that was the 10 dollars I got for free with my PS4, I can't really support a game mode which is just a straight money grab game mode. They removed the ability to buy specific players so they can make more money, they don't have an option where you can sell the player for a custom price, you can't trade players. The rewards for number 1 seed sucks. People who spend more than 50 dollars on this game are the reason VC is being added to everything because they get more money.HeyComment

If a guy wants to spend 1000$ in a vidéo game where is the problem ?
it is as absurd as spending cash in cigarettes, alcohol or anything else that is not super useful.

If NBA Live gets better in graphics and animations, TRUST ME, they will rule the basketball gaming industry and every other sports game, they already do a great job with Fifa and Madden. You guys may have your opinion of those games, but the Ultimate Team system reigns over 2k,
Ultimate team allows you to:
Buy singular contracts - Bronze, Silver, Gold
Buy individual players from the market,
Buy a pack and get multiple players (not 2k's bull**** 4.99 for 15k VC and be only able to get 2 players from opening 2 6k packs which is the normal price for them)
If EA servers mess up, they do give back to the community and give free packs or points so you can buy things (****ty 2k doesn't do anything whatsoever with server problems)
They have AI game modes where you can go up against the AI and earn points or players instead of 2k's domination which serves no purpose since you're going against stacked teams all the time, tournaments are no better either.Comment

I Agee if nba live can get the graphics and gameplay down I will most likely switch 2k this year sucks with the vc only think 2k has for it is graphics I mean the rosters are still outdatedComment
