Then do whatever you want with the MT you've got left, your team is all set.
I have PD curry as my starting point guard but I've just about quit on this game mode because of my inability to beat cheesers online.

I think I have just about as stacked a team as can be, especially last night after injecting Onyx kobe and LBJ into my starting 5, but I have lost my last 3 games in the 5th seed because of people zig zagging and hitting 80%+ from three.

      PG: Kyrie/Lawson/Williams/McCallum
      SG: Kobe/Burks
      SF: Melo/Iggy/Green
      PF: Duncan/Henson/Amare
      C: Noel

I have Monroe who I'll stick back in the lineup once his leg injury heals. Good god are those OP.
Nice work. That's an oustanding lineup if all you've played are the first 13 Domination games. Curious: what was your initial draw, in players, and which team did you choose? Can't tell from your lineup.

You're already set up to play Domination pretty optimally, which I assume you know how to do (maximizing MT). Some notes...

      1. The one criticism I'd make, lightly, is to try not to buy players you might get in future Domination games. You can sell back, so not a big deal, but when first starting out, MT is precious so the 15% tax isn't totally inconsequential.

      2. Mainstay of Domination success is assisted post-fadeaways (PFA). You're fine on that with Duncan and healthy Monroe, even Amar'e on bench. But the one position where I'd buy a player I might draw from a Pack is probably PF: specifically Lamarcus Aldridge or Dirk. If you buy anything, buy Gold, which are actually cheaper than good Silvers and Bronzes.

      3. Even though Duncan basically plays C these days and your PFs can play at C in a small lineup, that's probably your one real weakness right now. Budget Gold Centers I'd recommend for Domination are Robert Parish for scoring and Eaton for defense. Nerlens is an excellent Silver C.

      4. Right now, your best PFA scorer is Carmelo or Kobe (then Monroe). You often won't have Quick Play option to have a PG, SG, or SF post up, so you should figure out which plays get going, quickly, to post-up and isolate your SG or SF. You can always pass to them and then call an Iso and post-up, but then you won't get the Assist bonus. Or go small and play Carmelo at PF.

      5. In general, aside from another true Center, which you can get for less than 2000MT, I'd avoid buying anyone else and see what you get in reward Packs.

Which "Green" is that at SF? Draymond, Danny, or Gerald? If it's Draymond, I'd play him at PF and have Henson or Stoudemire back up Nerlens at C.

If it's Danny or Gerald, instead of being 3rd string SF, I'd play them as 2nd string SG behind Kobe.

You ought not have a hard time winning Domination games with full rewards until the last few teams. And you're basically guaranteed 3 Gold players from the All-Star games and a nice handful of very good Silvers.

So focus on saving your MT and using it to speculate on the AH.

Re: Whats your lineup/lineup help thread

I'm thinking about creating an all-time Spurs team. Because MT is so difficult to acquire I have to be careful.

        Starters
        ---------
        PG: Onyx Ginobli
        SG: Onyx Iceman
        SF: Ruby Leonard
PF: Ruby Aldridge or Gold/Ruby Duncan
C: Sapphire Robinson (already have him)

        Bench:
Gold Parker, Onyx Stephen Jackson, Sapp D. Wilkins (he played for the Spurs one season before he retired), Onyx 07-08 David West, Dennis Rodman, Terry Cummings, Maurice Cheeks

        Am I missing anybody?

Ginobili at PG and Parker on the bench looks terrible IMO.
Moses Malone and Jefferson also played for the Spurs.

Thanks, do you find Parker to be a liability on defense?

He is quite ok on D because he is real quick. Avery Johnson has better D-stats but he is smaller and slower than Parker. As playmaker and scorer Parker is just awesome and IMO the perfect fit as PG for every Spurs All-Stars lineup.

I picked the Cavaliers, and I don't quite remember the exact initial group I got. I know there was McCallum, Rush, Ish Smith, Shalvik (sp) Randolph, Mike Miller, Withey, and Carrick Felix are the ones I do remember.

I was half asleep when I posted it, so my bad on not clarifying. It's Jeff Green, he's a nice wing guy to have out on the floor with Iggy on the fast break.

If it's Danny or Gerald, instead of being 3rd string SF, I'd play them as 2nd string SG behind Kobe.

Nope, the first 10ish games I played I tried to mainly run a pick and pop game or drive straight the basket off the pick and I was managing to get through fine and then I saw how high it got and I scavenged this part of the forums to find out how to easily cheese my way through the AI.

So focus on saving your MT and using it to speculate on the AH.
Put my answers in bold for you.

Anyways so I played a few last night and the only really notable pull I got was Dwight from the Rockets, so having him and Duncan to PFA with on the first unit is glorious and Monroe/Amar'e do a great job with my 2nd unit and same for Noel when he has spot moments on the floor.

Re: Whats your lineup/lineup help thread

Just today alone with Ruby Kyrie Irving, I've had 4 games (4-0) of:

                    - 24 pts and 10 asts (10-14 fg)
                    - 50 pts and 3 asts (18-29 fg, 8-11 from 3)
                    - 22 pts and 7 asts
                    - 24 pts and 5 asts (9-16 fg)

= 30.0 ppg average (highest for any player I've used)

.... he's so effortless in his scoring approach. Definitely plays more like a 97 than 89 overall. Could he be the best pg in My Team?
                    PG: Vacant/Ruby Steph/Ruby Lin
                    SG: Ruby Klay/Sapphire Q-Rich

Not even close. He is a great scorer and real fun to play but his passing and defensive skills are mediocre at best. 6 apg average is not good. Even in his price range there are better PGs (Payton, Curry, Westbrook, West, Monroe ...).

I want to create a completely different team but one that's just as good or close to my main team below. I'm having good success with the team below but want to change things up for my other account. I would appreciate any lineups you all can think of. The only player that I will have on both teams is Sapp David Robinson (he's my favorite player) and I also have PD Larry Bird. I have a budget of about 120,000 MT to work with.

                          Sapphire or Ruby Stockton\Magic
                          Sapphire Jordan\ Drexler\Pippen
                          Bird\Mullin\Schremof
                          Sapphire Malone\Young Duncan
                          Admiral\Mutombo

Dream Team Starting Five, 120k should be enough to get Jordan and Malone, they shouldn't cost more than 20k in taxes with a bit of luck they are for free. I also would go for Mullin and Sapphire Drexler on the second account, they are cheap and also original members of the '92 Dream Team. I don't think you can complete the dimer collection for 120k to get Sapph Stockton so it's 65k for Ruby Stockton & Magic. Then you should have 20-50k left to fill the empty slots with Young Duncan, Pippen, Schrempf and Mutombo.

My bad, should've reworded it better. I mean't to ask if he's the best scoring pg in My Team + 6 apg isn't bad when you're scoring an efficient 30 ppg. Even I don't really like dominating with just one player. I enjoy the team approach more.

I really recommend Onyx John Havlicek, his release is probably the best in the game and dude is fire from literally anywhere on the court. He also has the speed and size to guard guys like LeBron and Jordan.
