You're first using stats to show that Hakeem is as good a rebounder as Whiteside, then critique my use of different stats with the argument that stats don't translate across eras. Pick your poison.

Man I'm pretty dissapointed in 2k. They go out of there way to update Chalmers with +1 rating, downgrade dragic but they leave Winslow, Whiteside and Tyler Johnson untouched when those dudes have made a clear jump. Man how many times do I have to rip them on Twitter? There has to be a way we can get this **** noticed.

Alright so...Dynamic PG is now 200,000+ on PS4.

Looks like I'm gonna get that current rating card instead for now. 200K is just ridiculous

uhhh...no. im using their stats to show the inconsistency of 2K's rating system. both guys averaging the same number for both years would mean the same ratings bump. you using advanced analytics to show one gathers more % of their team's rebounds not taking into account Miami using a stretch 4 and the 90s rockets using a more traditional lineup as well as varying style of plays of the two eras but trying to argue that one is "clearly" better than the other is an indictment on your lack of insight........not me

i am very capable of arguing who was a better rebounder....and have the data to back me....pick your poison.

Is anyone buying these cards for 200k+? I dont think any1 will spent 185k for a slight rebounding boost and i havent seen one of them get bought out. But if no1 is buying, why would you list the cards at 200k+? Just to show off? it makes no sense either way.

Agreed, I can't believe anyone would be buying them to be honest.

The only reason I can see is that it's soon to be an amethyst with the way Paul George has been playing but still...

i dont they will put him into amethyst unless he continues on this huge run of good form. defense and athleticism(as well as the mentality boosts) play a huge part in 90+ ratings. i dont see 2K boosting those. they've gotten a ton wrong so far.

and his TBT is an 88 gold. dont see them changing that to an amethyst

lol i told you the ps4 market was screwed. i JUST bought him for 125k and i think that was over-doing it. but im anticipating his boost to amethyst would would make him sell for around 160k on xbox. could just sell him right back for a small profit.

I bought dynamic PG for 90 k just before his upgrade. I love this card! Unfortunately I can only play him until he is an amethyst in RTTP.

you guys are undervaluing hype in regards to PG. i bought PG 2 weeks ago for 40k when he was a 86 on ps4... I sold him today for 172k. He's gonna be an amethyst and more than likely he wont go back down. If you get him thats a great value and worth a ton i believe. Only reason i sold him is because I got Nique and Scottie last night. Also i picked up Dynamic Jimmy for 47k.

yes. he's added a post hook and post spin to his game and has showed it off a bit already so far. he will have a few more 20/20 games this year i believe

no we are not undervaluing hype but think hype is not worth 200k MT.
Why is PG great value for 172k? The only upgrade that COULD have an influence on gameplay is a rebounding and a very slim mid shooting boost. It is still the same player model. Most likely you wont recognize any difference at all, even if more stats go up. TMac is an 82 overall and plays just as good or better. Its not about the ratings.

Also, for 200k you buy the risk that he gets injured as well. Or he has a cold streak and goes down. Rarity aside, the prices of dynamics should be the same as the current cards in average. So if PG already went up and has a solid forecast i would spent about 30-50k on him, thats more than twice the current card price.

I have to disagree with some of your points. He doesn't play like the regular PG. Its a huge difference. The Shot Close differences are huge for finishing around the basket. The rebounding I agree, but I think when he jumps to Amethyst and becomes Elite who's knows what else will be boosted. If he gets injured im pretty sure his rating will be locked at what they left it kinda of like Brandon Jennings. The prices should not be the same because its a different commodity your after. Your right about the numbers may not jump out the page, but I used both cards and to me its night and day between the dynamic and static. But thats just my opinion.
