They really need differentiate between players who are the main scorers for their team who shoot a lot of contested threes (Harden) and role players who come in against the opposing bench, find themselves uncovered a lot and knock them down that way (Lance Thomas). There is no way Lance Thomas is a better three point shooter than Lance Thomas by 10 points, this kind of stuff is joke. You have to consider more factors than just shooting %.

I think they should factor in % and attempts. I dont have too much of a problem with it because Thomas wont be as good of a 3pt scorer as Harden because of the difference in OConsistency. He will be able to knock down a few wide opens but thats about it. Harden will knock down just as many wide opens and be better on contested as well. Plus when Harden gets hot his rating will rise higher because his Potential stat is higher than Thomas' as well.

            yeah, it's bad.

it's like one dude is in charge of this ****. someone at 2k texted him while he was passing out on ham & eggnog on christmas eve "yo, you got that big update lined up we need to push tomorrow, right?" and hes like "oh ****!!" then stumbles around no pants for his laptop, knocks around some 3pt rating sliders and texts back "yea, we good!"

also, a joke what they did with drummond to keep him at 87. he needs to be 88 or 89. you gonna give him all these buffs in the post and offcon (and knock his 3 up 25 pts??), then dock his close shot because you realize you busted your nut too soon on his overall. dumb dumb dumb #2klogic.

Tony Parker with an 88 three ball will be real nice since he already had so many hot zones.

He's probably the second-best gold offensive PG now behind Kyrie.

Do you guys think Kyrie will go up in the next update over the week he's looked really good? How about John Wall he's an 89 anybody see him going to Amethyst soon?

If you look at the list of updates, you can see that 2K pulled the same oddly stupid-seeming mistake of changing a card's numerical OVR rating without adjusting their color tier rating.

                      A few examples:

                      1. Porzingis and Rubio are 79 OVR but still marked as Gold.
                      2. Will Barton, Danilo Gallinari, and Kenneth Faried are all 80 or above and still marked as Silver.

I just tested it, and for the purpose of color tier restrictions, those now-Gold Nuggets are all still considered to be Silvers. And Porzingis and Rubio are still considered to be Gold.

2k seems to always underrate the Raptors players.. Lowry should have been 90 earlier in the season when he was 3rd on the PER after Curry and Westbrook.

Also, Derozan should be 88+ after winning player of the week and player of the month averaging 2nd in ppg and ft pg

Lowry should still be a 90 or 91 considering he averages 20+ 5+ 5+ with 2+ steals and 2+ 3s a game. Those numbers are above d wade in his prime.

Are you high? Prime Wade averaged 30.2 ppg 7.5 Ast 5 Reb 2.2 Stl & 1.3 Blks. 3's he's got him beat since Wade was never a volume 3 shooter but even his Per was 30.4. Lowry's Per is 23 right now.

                              Hey fellas,

I'm sitting on Dynamic Kyrie and Paul George at the moment and I don't really know what to do with them. Both seem to stay cold and I'm afraid they are going to lose even more value when better versions get released (Allstar Packs). They play absolutely no role in my lineups and I wanted to get some opinions, if you would sell them or rather wait and hope for value increases.
Kyrie was a snipe for 2000 MT, but I paid 400k for Paul Geoge when he was the best card in the game. I think Kyrie goes unbadged for 50k and Paul George around 100k on PS4.

I would sell right away. Dynamics are not a good investment to keep any more. a better version could get released at any time. I had the same case with dynamic Lillard. When he had this outstanding game 2k made the moments amethyst but OF COURSE didnt upgrade the dynamic. He was pretty much worthless at that point.
