Kobe was great in last year's game. Couldn't miss a post fade if he tried. This game though, he's awful. Got him as a Domination Player Reward but soon sold him after I realized he wasn't producing. Never looked back ever since I got Klay Thompson in a pack opening to replace him.

Yeah Ruby All Star was one of my favorites. He was a savage and could consistently drop 35 with ease.

Yeah...every time I saw a Dynamic for a player who's out for the whole season or out til mid-season, it just cracked me up, knowing that people were paying ridiculous prices for a Dynamic that would never improve. Not just for the injured guys like Dante Exum, but also for older players who are semi-retired and unlikely to play this year. Or for older players who are highly unlikely to improve.

A lot of big name dynamic cards (Kawhi, George, Thompson) have already seen significant decreases in shooting. I'm glad I stuck with the regular gold versions of all those guys.

I wouldn't mess with any perimeter player dynamic cards until the season's over, given how volatile the shooting ratings are.

Big men are a much safer bet, since the only ratings that are likely to be affected by the dynamic updates are defense, post play, and rebounding.

Theres a Giannis on ps4 already up to 25k but someone put post lockdown and screen outlet on him smh. If you're going to pay that much at least get proper badges, I'd definitely want relentless finisher and probably deadeye on him now that he can shoot. Or even perimeter lockdown. People underrate good badges.

Relentless Finisher and Deadeye may have been beyond the guy's price range for a non-elite player, and I think Screen Outlet makes sense and even Post Lockdown, given that he works well as a fast, stretchy 4.

I have a dynamic Porzingis from my starter packs. As he (foreseeable) went up overall, the shooting went significantly dow (Rebounding got increased). I had to start the standard card and buy all badges again, cause i need the shooting. I think the same risk applies to the higher tier big man like Anthony Davis and Blake. Since their shooting is quite good for a big man it can get downgraded any time. Another reason why the dynamics are overpriced despite the fact that an injury can make these cards completely worthless for the rest of the season.

I've still been using my dynamic JR as of yesterday and I know he's out for a while. Not sure if the roster just hasn't been updated or not.

What is supposed to happen when they are out? I dont think anything. The card remains how it is right? Like Pierre Jackson, he isnt even on a roster is he? He will stay 75 ovr until he becomes active again and starts playing down to his stats. Now if they are tied to the actual real card then the stats have to drop.

again, I highly recommend no one spend a lot of money on any of these cards but if you see one for cheap pick it up. again, its like the stock market. Now that Klay's shooting has decreased, which I knew it would, so has his price. When it gets to a range I am comfortable with, I will scoop him up. I am a collector and have about 1200 cards, so I will try and pick up whatever cards I can if they are reasonable price.

as far as updates every week, just follow 2k's normal pattern from previous years. the higher the tier the more frequent the update. the lower the tier the less...unless someone breaks out.

I want Diamond MJ but I might put a pin in collecting cards for now. The community seems to be in the dark about these dynamics. These cards are not even being updated weekly. Plus with the addition of "Moment Cards". Players might receive a additional card instead of an update, which makes no sense.

How do you figure, the dynamic cards get updated every time there is a roster update they updated a lot of players yesterday and the last update was only like 4 or 5 days ago.

I mean if I'm paying top price for a player I want to choose my own badges, alot of people dont even look. They're not bad badges but with the updates I'd make him into a killer scorer.
