Just played someone who had an all black court, black basketball, and black jerseys.. meanwhile I have black away jerseys too. I couldn't see the ball, I kept getting lost, it was hurting my eyes, terrible game. Another loss.

some of those courts are really annoying not to mention hard on the eyes. Star Wars and Pokeman courts...geez.

And whats the most annoying part of all this? It usually happens all at once, depending where Momentum is. Thats why GOAT league PNO players struggle in RTTP. Momentum swings are completely random. Im surprised certain people havent defended these mechanics yet and claim RTTP is SIM style gameplay

just played a game where I was up by 16 at the end of the 1st quarter. at halftime I had burned 2 time outs and was down by 2. I will let you fill in the middle.

2nd half they were reaching, attempting charge cheese, transition cheese, everything....I still ended up winning but it wasn't easy. I had to cheese to win basically because I felt as if I was being cheated.

I get so sick of people who are quitters. They're the ones who with a minute left in the game do a quit. Didn't anyone ever teach you to win or lose with class? It is really sad how pathetic the sportsmanship is.

I don't have a problem with someone quitting at halftime if they're down a ton. Chances of a comeback are pretty rare. Some of my most rewarding fun games were being down 10 early, righting the ship and making a game of it.

I get so sick of people who are quitters. They're the ones who with a minute left in the game do a quit. Didn't anyone ever teach you to win or lose with class? It is really sad how pathetic the sportsmanship is.

Just like some people are sore losers, there are also a lot of sore winners as well. Guys pausing after every made shot, Flopping on defense, Jumping up
and down. I don't quit because I like to gather my MT, but sometimes this game is infuriating.

Played a game against a guy that didn't score a single point in half court. He even scored a fast break point right after I scored a fast break point. It was ridiculous.

I got tired and switched to a 3-2 zone and the game ended, but to have POE as limit transition and having this still happening is annoying. I do not understand why defenders act like spectators in many situations.

For me most annoying gameplay wise - besides the already mentioned OP pump fake and face up dunks in the paint - is the AI help defense. If you dont set the defender to "deny ball" he leaves the corner shooter on every single drive, no matter what you do. This is a major flaw, bc most of the unskilled players drive 90 % of the time and either dunk with Westbrick or kick it out to the wide open corner. Why would the AI leave Klay Thompson in the corner when setting is on "play tight" and you could easily stop the drive?

this is a flaw and doesnt seem like its gonna get fixed since the game has been out a while. what is supposed to happen is...if you have a high IQ defensive player and its set to Auto or Tight, he makes a judgement call. As you said though, a lot of times they dont make the right call, so by setting them to "deny" you make the decision for them and they wont go help.

personally, I deny Klay, Ray, etc....I will live or die with that decision but I cant have my man running to help and leaving them open. they are just too deadly for that.

on another note, was demoted to 5th seed, won first 5 games, now I have lost last 3 straight. I just dont feel I am losing to better players. they dont even set PoE's. they are good but a lot of things just dont go my way that should. like I have trouble finishing with MJ and dont get a foul or nothing. meanwhile, I play against a lot of Walls and I am playing solid defense, but of course he is gonna get in the paint sometimes but when he does he ALWAYS gets the foul and most of the time And-1.

Its Wall and Kyrie that I play against the most and it just seems like they are the ones that kill me all the time and I am playing good defense. My offense isnt as fluent as I need it to be and sometimes I get out-rebounded...but what causes me to lose is missed shots. I cant knock down open jumpers sometimes and what really gets me is how many 5-10 footers are missed wide open at that. Real NBA players just dont do that. When you see an open lane, in real life you take it. In the game they close on you and you know your gonna miss, but its unrealistic for a big to be 5' from the basket and kick out. Only thing you can hope for is the foul and a lot of times it doesnt come.

I will have to try some different offense....something to get a win but it just seems so cheesy. I am always up early and I know something funny is about to go down. Impossible contested shots, God-like closeouts from a big to a freakin PG, b.s. turnovers, etc.

One thing I have done is considerable cut down my turnovers. I rarely turn the ball over because I dont make dumb passes and I dont get caught on bump animations. The most time I make turnovers is when I am up and it seems like the cpu wants to keep the score close.

It just comes down to the other team making shots and me not....even though I feel the quality of my shots are much better than theirs. Gold Wall is basically unstoppable because of the fouls he draws...hate to face that Diamond one. Kyrie is pretty hard to stop too. I lock him down the whole game then when momentum shifts he all of a sudden bursts out for 2 threes in a row under heavy duress.

mostly these are all close games because I have been playing conservative then in 4th quarter it always seems like some Wall/Kyrie b.s. when I blow teams out its usually when I gamble a lot on defense. I like that style of play but you will live and die by it. so I chose to play conservative as of late but it always seems like the cpu has more influence over the outcomes than the gamers.

Exactly. Its scripted momentum. You cant do anything about it. If 2k wants to keep a game close comebacks and BS will happen. If you dont turn the ball over bc you are extremely careful other stuff will happen. You will miss open layups, get chase down blocked by Iverson or miss 5 open shots with an A grade in a row while Westbrick dunks over Hakeem and Howard.

What I don't get is what's the point of them doing this?!? Is it to keep people playing who spent tons of money in the mode who might otherwise lose turbo cheesing like fools?

My Team is a cash cow for them I'm sure it's the only explanation. It's even worse in the higher paid mt reward Challenges.

doesnt happen to me much but when it does its comical. happened today...but unlike your video....2 of their men were down court and none of mine had made it across the hash mark. I really dont know what thats about. I didnt change defense and had fresh subs just come in the game. lol. caused me to lose the game too as they pulled for a 3 and I ended up losing by 1 point. why is this not fixed yet? does 2k not know how?

Went to 4th seed today and currently 0-4. 2 losses from 0-0 game. 2 came from lag when I was pummeling both opponents.

I've actually been really lucky with 0-0 games counting as wins for some reason. On the 6th seed I got 2 0-0 games where I saw the first player v player comparison before it dropped out, both of them counted as wins. Had another in the 5th seed. Seems strange as I've been given losses before in the same situation in previous seeds. Not complaining though
