    Re: St. Patrick's Paul Pierce

Not sure if anyone else already mentioned this, but the personality badges on this Pierce are INSANE.

    He has:

    -Alpha Dog
    -Championship DNA
    -Clutch Performer
    -Defensive Anchor
-Hardened(will play through fatigue and injury without a severe drop in skill)
    -Microwave

Everything you could ask for honestly. I gave him a diamond shoe that gives him 99 contested mid range(with HOF mid dead eye), 99 draw foul, and 99 shot close.

GG. Its criminal that this card is only going for 50k
    Lineup:
    PG) Gary Payton
    SG) '95-'96 Michael Jordan
    SF) Sapphire Scottie Pippen
    PF) '95-'96 Dennis Rodman
    C) Hakeem Olajuwon

I bought PP for 50k but currently do not play MTO (and I am not sure if I will replay in general)

I had however used extesively Amy PP during my first prestige as 3&D guy mostly where he was very good

He was lacking athletisism though and his release (while easy) was a bit slow

His athletisism is obviously fixed but release probably remains the same

However I do not know about you guys, but I do not enjoy playing a mode that every single player is a superstar, has 90 speed and 3 pt shot, every open 3 is in even from Centers etc

Releasing so OP cards is a smack in the face ESPECIALLY to some of the guys who spend hundreds of $ or hours in the AH to be able to lock a Pippen for example where you obviously can get similar gameplay from a 50k PP

I am really glad I didn't lock any collection apart from Larry Johnson. I will not return to myTeam next year

PP is no Pippen. Pip is a master defensively, PP is just a really good defender.

But i do think Pip, Magic, Ewing, and D-Rob deserve boosts like the other reward cards

Yes but Pippen costs 10 times more than PP who is just a bit worse defender than PP who is better in offense in a game where offense is more important than defense. Thus we see 60+ point games in 20 mins.

In any case also his rating would be better excluding intangibles. In any case it is unfair for people who paid amounts to lock collections to provide equally good players for almost nothing.

holy crap! you have 900k MT? How is that possible

I just started playing Myteam (vs CPU only, don't have PS+) and I'm just trying to collect all the cards but the MT prices are just craaaaaaaaazy

I was lucky enough to get one of these Paul Pierce cards from a St paddys pack. I opened like 5 packs with VC I made from playing my franchise.

If you wanna stack MT you need to play the auction house. It's basically a hidden economy game within the actual game and the only legit way earning MT imo.
When the auction house refreshes its inventory every ~15min it's all about quickness and knowledge about card values (for good filters). You can also try to fix prices for a specific category, but I'm not sure if 2K is tolerating it or better said still monitoring it. You can look up the keyword sniping and I guess you'll find enough content on youtube.

This card looks like it could be a great card to flip. Amethyst Yao got down to below 10k and now its at 25k. The thing with Yao and Pierce is that because almost everyone has one the supply is lower and with them being 'must have' cards that drives the price back up when they cant be pulled from packs anymore.

Paul Pierce has brought the mid range game back for me. 99 contested mid with HOF mid deadeye is cheese LMAO. Mid Range, 3pt Range, Low post....he can give it to you anyway you want it son!

Would you rather a +9 Speed with Ball or +9 Speed on PP?

I'm leaning towards adding a +9 SwB +9 Driving Dunk + Vertical on him? He looks pretty maxed out on everything else.

I've tried that to an extent, but I can never seem to find cards at a big discount.

Speed w ball for sure. That would be a great shoe for him. It would make him a monster in transition and a more effective primary ball handler because he'd actually have the speed to get around good defenders.

This is how i use Pierce. His midrange game is too good.

Nice video erv. For that step back you use just left stick away from basket and then holding a shoot button correct? Not to confuse with normal step back dribble?
