First, Sapp or myself will build the basis of a class so that involved players names, age, height, weight, school, posistion & ratings.
Secondly, it comes to me and I do the gear and build graphs for Sapp to put into scouting reports.
Thirdly, I send it off to Dreece where the real work begins. Tendencies, testing to ensure everything runs as realistically as possible. Then the animations so they hold true to the players ratings. To make sure that a big bulky centre doesn't have some springy Westbrook looking jumpshot. Or that a 5'10" point guard isn't throwing down 360 dunks without the appropriate ratings ie vertical/ball handling
Finally it will go back to Sapp so that he can create the three different versions.
And then during that time you have to consider we are writing stories and making videos etc.
At best it's a couple of weeks work per class and that's hoping real life doesn't get in the way. This is why we tell people to play their seasons. What really bugs me especially is reading messages asking for dc2 three days after the first class drops because people simmed everything and can't continue.
Now I'm not telling you how to play your game by any means, if you think I am or that im being an @sshole then so be it. I'm trying to give you an understanding of the work that goes in to give you all a quality playing experience.

Okay I'm gonna run you through the process of us putting together a single class so you can understand the time spent.

Appreciate it sox. There's no way I could do this without the rest of my team and I have the least amount of work to do.Comment

Yea, I tend to lose focus easily. And I like to run my team and not change ratings or anything so that is probably why I stopped. But if I was part of a team creating draft classes. I would probably just want to input the ratings and tendencies after having been given the numbers. Because that is something easy to do and doesn't involve much work. Or maybe doing the looks of all the non OS players.Comment

If I had the money to upgrade to the X1 I would be more than happy to input the numbers as long as they are in a spreadsheet. You ask me to do it myself I end up checking to make sure that no one has that magical 80 in the OVR spot instead of making the guy like he should be.Comment

A players ratings are freestyled lol. We go in with a type of player in mind but for the most part is just a case of whatever happens lol. And when you have guys providing input that's how we come up with some unique player types.

And Ray Ray will also be making a comeback in this years edition of THE LEAGUE once Dreece has that up and going.
The thing is we love 90s basketball. Dreece especially so if you watched ball back then you know what to expect from some of these guys.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 Fictional Draft Classes by CWSapp757/Dreece/Blindside for XBOX One
Not really and if I did, I don't remember a lick of it. Being only 20, turning 21, so I don't remember much from the 90's. But I don't think I am going to get 2K unless my parents have already picked up for me already because 2K doesn't give a **** about the 360/ps3 version. And what is the plan for the 360 versions of these classes? Because if I don't have classes to go along with that roster than I will probably only play mycareer sadly because it is a travesty to have to use 2K generic classes with all of your created players in an association mode.
You'd have to ask Dreece for complete confirmation but I know there was talk of not leaving you guys with 360s out. But again I'm not certain on that.Comment
